Room I got was not cleaned or someone was already staying there as leftover food and drinks were already there. At dining hall item ordered by me was served to someone else a Mt even shown the courtesy to ask again when enquired.

The stay was really great and ee enjoyed. The facilities in the room as well as in the outdoor was awesome and wonderful service by the management Overall 100 percent satisfied ✨

It was one of the best hostel experiences I’ve had! The dorms were clean, the beds had privacy curtains, and the common area was perfect for meeting other travelers. The staff went above and beyond to help with local tips and tours. The location is super convenient — just a short walk from the beach and cafes. Highly recommend for solo travelers looking for a friendly, social vibe!

Entire stay was awesome and their room , staff and reception staff Akram and Natasha and suresh fm Restro are very good resources. I wish the hotel management and staff all the very best . I will for sure stay again there along with my recommendation to others too .

Stay was too good, all the amenities were excellent, but there were little few things that was not that great for me, the pool was great but it was not clear. We had trouble with the washing machine being stuck in 1 min for more than 30mins and we called for reception, they said they will send someone but no one came then we itself figured it out by turning on and off simultaneously! The breakfast was just okay, but the dosa was great! Overall a worthy stay.

My experience at Citadines was amazing. The staff were courteous, the rooms were spotless, and the amenities were top-notch. Definitely one of the best stays I’ve had.

Overall our stay was good, this is my fifth or sixth stay, i don't remember exactly. It is clean and neat. It feels that I am coming to my house. Thank you very much for all your kind cooperation.

One of the finest day ever had the stops are very good and polite. The room is absolutely clean, and the food was very very very hygiene. I love the place. I should visit again again.

Food in the restaurant was stale. No proper response from 24hr.dining. could not get morning coffee till 6.15 am from Restaurant

tap was not working I also compalined with the managemnt but no proper response , Other than than it was nice

The stay was good, pleasant and peaceful. The rooms were clean and tidy and the service was good. I had a good time staying there and the people over there were really friendly.

It’s a beautiful stay, utmost care was taken, especially Mr Fahim and Eugene they were excellent, any facility we requested the have accommodated, tried their veg restaurant and it’s really good

It has truly been a wonderful and memorable stay at Citadines. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff at the front desk were very polite and welcoming. The services were prompt. The food at Delhi highway was so delicious, to add to that, the staff again was super nice! Eugene and co at reception, Shareef, Bala and co at the restaurant made the stay comfy! The view was cool, super clean and cozy rooms, the water filter made our lives easier. I will get back here the next time I am back in town! The stay at Citedines OMRChennai was awesome. The reception staff, restaurant staff, room service were very polite & helpful. Infinity pool, sauna, gym, good view, nearby eateries, neat and comfy rooms, great food made the stay a great experience.

There were more good things than bad. The ambience in general is very aesthetically pleasing. The staff are typically responsive and definitely polite. The room was very clean, organized and had lot of good amenities. The pool was very well maintained. only two things I mainly had a problem with I couldn't connect to the WiFi on TV and when asked about it someone did come and help us out but later when I wanted to connect to my Laptop. even after two follow up calls no one came to address the issue. The second was that our room was next to the main road not the best view and there was a construction going on. but the view in pool area was good but it wasn't difficult to overlook that because overall we had a nice time. also they give a discount to hotel residents in the adjacent restaurant which I thought is a very good deal

Mini stay with good food and enjoyed to visit OMR and ECR. Recommended for a short family as room is very small and doesn’t have moving space but good to stay for a day or two to enjoy around
