Well cleaned Property and their Staffs are too Friendly over all Peaceful n Pleasant Stay

Hotel cleanliness is very poor, the phone had an unpleasant smell in the room, room had to be changed, then next day they are relaying carpet on the same floor which again left too much smell in the room as well....they need to do something about all this.

Good deal, comfortable stay, good food. Value for money. Rooms are spacious, water dispenser in the room was unique.

Location --> Easy accessibility Food --> Average Amenities --> Excellent Services --> Services was good but not on TIME Cost --> When compared with other Hotels this is costly

Room not as expected, was noisy and AC didn't work properly. Hotel was easy to find having proper cab facilities.

Nothing is good never stay here I had asked them to correct gst and add guest names in invoice it’s not done so far

MMT has deliberately destroyed the experience by canceling the meal plan on my booking without my permission. The agent called it as a technical glitch but did not do anything to fix it. Eventually I had to pay double the price at the hotel for the meals which were already included in the original booking. Further, the agents also started lying to me over phone and disregarded the mistake committed by MMT technical team

It was really a comfortable stay. Food and service were amazing. Breakfast buffet is the best. Best view is from the balcony

The property was well accessable and easy to reach. The ambience at the reception and lobby was very welcoming. The rooms were perfectly clean and comfortable. We ordered food from the in house restaurant and the food was top notch and full of flavour. The housekeeping was on point and effective. Would love to visit again.

The stay in Citadines was very comfortable. The rooms, the washrooms, the linens everything was very clean and tidy. The Support staff was also very helpful and courteous. Love the stay , would definitely recommend it.

Really loved it ! Loved the sauna but the gym staff was really bad tho ! Swimming pool was good the rooms were good too but a bit of mosquito

Room I got was not cleaned or someone was already staying there as leftover food and drinks were already there. At dining hall item ordered by me was served to someone else a Mt even shown the courtesy to ask again when enquired.
