Food and location are good. Facilities are nightmare, no electricity sleepless night, broken furniture, tron pillow covers, dirty towels, and argumentative staff. It's not worth

The rooms were good and clean but room service was bad. Hard to explain and make them understand. From reception to house keeping which I think it's outsourced none knows basic English or Tamil. We got only one towel per room and electricity wasn't available from early morning 4 till 7 continuously. Won't suggest unless you see only money.

Great stay! The property was clean, food was good, and location very convenient. Staff was friendly too.

Nice Place, ambition is good and everything is good around the place. There is no food is also nice and surroundings are very cute and Harris and swimming pool to relax also.

Usually their stay place will be good but this time we got room 102 where it was terrible Nd the restroom pipes are leaking and water was leaking all over the floor and room smelled bad

it was a terrible experience as per photo and video shown by the marketing unit it looks fabulous but inside the room it's tremendous mystery of the room. I stayed with my family and one of the horrible experience the taps are old the leakage with the basin the flash of the toilet takes 3 minutes to load water also lizards are roaming in the rooms and mosquito is a breeding near in the rooms.ww have to literally put idomos and sleep. still to that the current goes nearly 1-2hrs where management cannot help but checkin time is mandatory and check out is Mandatory but when it comes to the customer least bothered. please rectify the issues. please update once changes done till than will never visit again

excellent stay, only issues hotel board sign is not visible, they should include Next to hotel Geetham in address

We checked into two rooms. One room did not have access to the balcony. The door was completely jammed. The other room did not have a mini fridge or microwave. When asked at the reception, even they could not open the balcony door. We only got an extra mini fridge. They did not even apologize for this. Current was cut early in the morning. The AC Unit was too loud. The bed was too hard. Everyone who came had back pain because of it. Check in experience was smooth.However check out was kinda delayed. Swimming pool was full of chlorine caused severe eye pain for all of us. Spa also out of service. Overall kinda below average experience. We checked into two rooms. I want make a memorable trip but the hotel only worst and Toilet flush is not working, the bedsheet and bed is not clean one of the worst experience 😔, Heater is also not working properly worst

there is no telephone, there is no proper toilet, and there no facility for calling bell the cart is tooo noisee it is very horrible and worst stay waste of money, the toilet doesn't have proper seat room are too smelly

The hotel location is excellent. Rooms are clean. There are many food options nearby and the place is buzzing with activities. Overall good stay. Few things they shall improve. 1. AC is not sufficiently cooling the room. Need extra fan 2. Water is continuously leaking through the commode.

The stay was good,room was clean and we had a quality time over there. There swimming pool was very clean and neat. It was a great experience. But I missed around 4k which was in my wallet. I'm not sure if that was taken by anyone who cleaned the room there. Rest were amazing 👏

Room was clean but Ac is not that cool and no fan in this kind request to have one fan in bedroom its has small hall and queen size bed and bedroom is large and comfortable.Services is poor in my room tv is not working i asked to check but they didn’t come and checked an average service at ilara

Ambiance is good. Staffs are good. Air conditioner is not properly maintained. Except that we had a nice stay
