“I stayed at PP Residency, Chennai for 1 night . The location is very convenient and close to major landmarks. The check-in was smooth and staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean, reasonably spacious and had all basic amenities (AC, Wi-Fi, hot water). Housekeeping service was prompt. Breakfast was simple but tasty. The property felt safe and was good value for the price. Only area for improvement would be [mention: e.g. parking space / Wi-Fi speed / bathroom maintenance]. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay — would recommend to both business and family travellers.” My suggestion: Can we add check in and check out time that will very useful

Disappointed with the staying experience. The hotel staff was not very responsive and also the rooms were not up to the standard of what was being shown in the reviews. I found a hard time dealing with the staff during the stay.

Food is average better do not opt for food and eat outside. Deluxe rooms are good but premium rooms are not worth the amount.They do not provide good parking area for two wheelers. Air conditioning in premium rooms is not good.

The rooms facilities are good and the dinning area also good, food also excellent and staffs are also good .

The mattress were bad quality and so much saggy that it was difficult to sleep on them. All room service materials including the tea cup were of cheap quality plastics, they even gave hot water in plastic jugs, water glass were also of cheap quality plastics. AC had too much of sound plus water dripping from it, breakfast items were also tasteless

Very bad service. Food quality not good. Location not on main road but about 200 meters inside to go by broken lane. Room service horrible. Restaurant time not intimated.

Very pleasant stay with great service.

The room is neat and clean and supportive staff. The only drawback is the restuarent opens at 7 am and literally they start to serve from 7:30 onwards. If you are early morning person, you cant get , coffee, tea at 6 am.

Food is good, however washroom is not upto the mark

I stayed there for three nights during the first week of June 2025. Overall good location and ambience within this price range. Romm was exceptionally net and clean. Room services were very prompt. Experienced good behaviour at the reception. Only two things may be improved: 1. There must be some food options (half plate) for single occupancy. 2. The entrance to the approaching road (from the main road to the hotel, 100 meter) needs to be cleaned.

Neat and clean rooms. Though my rooms were in old block, it was also well maintained with sufficient amenities. Special to mention hassle free check in and check out support from the front office. Good decent menu for breakfast Highly recommend for budget travellers

Awesome stay at PP residency

I have already booked pp residency that also through MMT...in simple wprds MMT never fails to satisfy me.if i plan a trip make MMT is my first and last priority.the customer support is the best...keep it up guys...and telling about pp residency....best and comfortable stay near that area under 1700rs....good food...normal price... location is little bit inside...but I'm okay with it...it is my third time booking and staying in pp residency through MMT.facilities and amenities is all provided as per shown while booking...easy cab and hospitality.
