5 stars – Excellent Stay at Novotel SIPCOT, Chennai! I had a wonderful experience during my stay at Novotel Chennai SIPCOT. The property is modern, well-maintained, and located in a quiet and convenient part of the city, especially ideal for business travellers in the IT corridor. The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and functionality. The bed was extremely comfortable, and all amenities – from high-speed Wi-Fi to room service – were excellent. The staff truly made the difference. Everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping and restaurant team, was warm, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. Special mention to the restaurant team for their delicious spread of breakfast and consistently attentive service. The in-house facilities, including the fitness centre and pool, were well-maintained and added great value to the stay.

I recently stayed at Novotel Chennai Sipcot - An Accor Brand with my family for my birthday celebration, and it was a memorable experience. We were provided with a premium room, which was clean and comfortable. The duty manager, Mr. Akthar, had mentioned an upgrade to a junior suite but unfortunately forgot to update it - aside from that, everything was great. The swimming pool was excellent, and my kids really enjoyed it. Dinner was delicious, and the breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide variety of choices. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we felt very happy and satisfied. I would definitely recommend this Novotel Chennai Sipcot - An Accor Brand, and my MakeMyTrip experience was smooth and awesome!

Very accommodating staff in terms of any requests. Housekeeping provided a hepa air filter upon request. Bedding could have been cleaner. Outdoor restaurant seating is no longer there though restaurant staff accommodated our request though it was a bit of a hassle to ask each time. I recently stayed at the Novotel Chennai Sipcot - An Accor Brand and had a great experience. The Novotel Chennai Sipcot - An Accor Brand was very clean, and the rooms were neat and well-maintained. However, the food was just okay - the taste and variety were moderate. Overall, it was a good stay, and I'd recommend it to others.

Everything went well except for our lunch wasn’t discounted (20% for in-house customer) on last day as we checked out first before having lunch. We requested restaurant manager but he didn’t approved it. Over all stay was fine with little disappointment at the end. Room service was good .

I had a pleasant stay at the property. The location was convenient for work commute. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The food was tasty, especially the breakfast buffet. Would definitely consider staying here again!

The stay was pleasant especially for the kids as they enjoyed wide range of buffet for breakfast and dinner. The staff were polite and respectful. Apart from some small issues which were addressed immediately no major complaints
