The hotel is okay but rooms need some maintenance. Wash basin isn’t good enough. Shower water is not clean. Door bell doesn’t work. They don’t deliver food plates at the rooms and they ask the customers to go and get it. Location is good for those who are visiting the apollo hospital. It’s walking distance from there. The staffs are good. Well disciplined. The room’s window net was torn. Fridge cooling is very slow.

There are baby cockroaches in the room and the room and wash room have repairs to be done, I called and said about cockroaches but didn't send any body or change the room. I am busy with my work. So i only took few videos of cockroaches in the room, after having food I went for hand wash immediately cockroaches came on to the plates.

Good location, easy to found out, Breakfast is OK. Very old Hotel, it needs lots of maintenance, electrical switchboard, electrical kettle, front door lock needs replacement, sometimes it will not works, centralized AC plant needs overhauling , lobby area AC seems not working, very old hotel only advantage ,it is located near Appollo Hospital, Sanker Nethralaya , biometric centre is also 2-3 km away.
