unhygienic, dirty smell, maintenance was not proper, insects roaming on the bed

My experience was very bad. 70 % of the amenities which were shown on the website was not there at all like Geyser, toiletries, dental kit, mineral water, news paper, laundry service, lift, parking, refrigerator etc. I checked in late and I convinced him to let me check out just an hour late as I was at US Consulate he was like pay me 500 extra or leave your room. I paid 600 extra for 2 hrs.

air conditioner of the room was very bad, no drinking water was provided to me, only a room with bed and light was there Rest all was old not working.

Had a poor experience at this hotel due to lack of basic amenities like hot water and poor plumbing in the bathroom. The water from the a/c also drips inside the room itself. The location is also not very good however it is close to the apollo hospital.

Please never ever book that hotel it is not worth of money room is small and unhygienic maintainance and bathroom is not all good

Small but clean rooms with polite staff. Hotel is surrounded by restaurants of all kinds which would be sufficient to satisfy everyones taste.

The staff were very helpful and were willing to go out of way to help. I really appreciate the efforts. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable.

After getting confirmation we went to the hotel at 10:30 pm. Hotel people were refused to give room . Hotel people told us there is no room available for the moment. After long standing argument we showed our email confirmation and msgs eventhen they are not accepting. We the patient done pcnl surgery from Apollo hospital and came to the hotel for further review at Apollo Hospital tomorrow and requesting for a room for which we already booked and paid the amount. Finally the hotel people gave us a very bad room with no door handle, no towels, nothing. The room itself stinking and we had a very bad exp with that hotel.

Pros - hotel is budget friendly and near many eateries. Owner/manager/staff are very cordial and friendly. Prime location cons: being in road it's very noisy due to whole night traffic. As its just opposite to a slum, there are frequent late night fights among slum dwellers, which may disturb your sleep.

Clean, all staff good front reception so nice, security so attentive. Room was tidy, with a c, hot water super, tb not used. All good. Sea park restoration just in front very fine for vegitarian

This hotel is close to apollo main block g reams road as well as to sankar netralaya. Hotel is decent. Good ac. Bathrooms are decent. Decent stay cons: found cockroaches, few interior walls look old.

Rooms and washrooms are pathetic condition, stinky and dirty walls. Not worth it.

The location of this hotel is great. It is close to apollo hospital and nearby market. But room service is very poor. We had stayed for 5 days but cleaning done only once during our total stay. Room's condition was o key type. Behavior of staffs and manager are good.

No toiletries are provided, poor service, no in-house restaurant, washroom was not clean, worn out painting.

Horrible…We had to adjust and stay at the 4th floor room..it was full of cockroaches,insects,mosquitoes etc. after protesting was allotted another room the next evening…this room was musty,smelly and the air conditioner was leaking n drops of water was dripping on the bed…don’t recommend this hotel to anyone…🤬

It was a pathetic and horrendous hotel. After reaching there i saw there are garbage outside the room and bathroom was also dirty. Blanket provided was torn. I had booked it for mom and dad and they have health issue but they provided open water in the jug after multiple discussion could get the bisleri for only 1 day even when i had booked for 2 day. Had raised the concern with mm t also and they promised many things but none of them were fulfilled.

Pathetic and disgusting room atmosphere. Cabinets broken, no comforter was given (had to ask and wait for half an hour) no water in washbasin in washroom, no hand soap in washroom, live bugs all around the room and under the bed you can literally see they didn’t clean the room since at-least a week. They say it’s double bed room but it’s a shame they advertise like that. Actually it is two single bed combined into one to make double bed. I would not recommend to stay here at all unless you don’t mind living at unhygienic and very uncomfortable space.

Disastrous and terrible experience. Dirtiest place i ever stayed. Shame on you for promoting such a third class and grave hotel.
