Very friendly and accomodating staff. Location is very good. Good resturant near by. US consulate is 1 km from hotel. They allowed me to check-in early . Clean hotel. Bed was not that comfortable, but rest everything was great. I will recommend this hotel for friends and family. It is safe for family .

following amenities are not available but mentioned in the description: 1. No hot water/geyser 2. No restaurant. 3. fixed breakfast menu of two south Indian food mostly idlis served in the room. 4. Basic Small room not deluxe category. bugs in the room. 5. no toilet kit provided 6. Not a star rated hotel as mentioned MMT. not good for corporate booking. 7. rooms are available much cheaper if book directly on spot.

Hotel staffs are not responsive, dirty room, no cleaning done during stay, room's AC is not properly working and despite of claim of having restaurant for having breakfast, there is no such facility there. Above all, we have a terrific staying experience.

The room we got had a broken jet spray. when we complained they said all ships are closed and they can't repair it now when we asked for change in room they said nothing is available but we resisted. they finally gave us a new room. it was not a good room but was operational so we stayed in the same. overall experience was poor.

If you wanna book room, don’t book here ...i am telling with my experience..don’t book in pine tree hotel..totally terrible experience and waste of money...in app they will show lot of things will be there in room, but in room there will be nothing like that, even brush will be not there....& AC problem, TV problem, Dish problem, Room was so small, hotel manager was rude...literally i was fed with this hotel & i asking for refund, they was telling me there will be no refund.... pls people, don’t go to this hotel and don’t waste your money & time.....Book some good Hotel for tht price

Mr. Deepak we read your review but its not true because you checked in our hotel morning around 11:00 am you booked standard room but check in time you aske me to upgrade me to give DELUXE room free of cost we said we don't have room the day because its sold out we informed you. that after that you went to the standard room. this was happened the same day you check out in the night 8:00pm we checked your there was food gravy stain in the bed we said kindly take that bed sheet pay for that because for washing also it will not go that why we aske you to pay but you didn't pay that you left from the hotel. after you left from the hotel you called MakeMyTrip customer care you asked full day refund from morning to evening you used our room every thing more over you spoiled our bed also after you asking refund us that why we said no refund possible . this what happened in hotel what you give in review not TRUE. But you came our hotel morning around 7:30am asking room for early check in free of cost .we informed you clearly on 06.08.2025 sold out there was no room available for early check in . after that you called your father his started shouting to my staff and same time your father aske breakfast on check in date we said complementary breakfast not for check in date. complementary breakfast its come 08.08.2025 morning but father asking breakfast to give you check in on 10:30 am 07.08.2025 so we said breakfast was closed this what happened. but in your review you was mention the staff was no helpful. that not right we help you we given room to you around 10:40 am. so we did your duty Mr. jafir. for more details contact us to mail or mobile number. thanks for staying Pinetree Botique Hotel !!!!

Very bad experience. I do not recommend this place.* I stayed here on August 3rd, 2025, and it was a terrible experience. 1. The staff at check-in were very rude and had a lot of attitude. 2. There was no hot water available. 3. The room had an AC, but it didn’t work. Still, they called it a deluxe room. 4. There were too many mosquitoes and the dormitory was in very poor condition. 5. Worst of all, the night shift receptionist was talking loudly with his friends the whole night. I couldn’t sleep at all. Even after I asked him to be quiet, he didn’t care. 6. In the morning, another receptionist – a bald, Hindi-speaking man who claimed to be the manager – was openly calling some guests “stupid” and saying bad things about them.

The hotel was just okay — nothing exceptional, but it served its purpose. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were polite, though not particularly warm. The room was clean but quite basic, with average amenities. Wi-Fi worked fine, and the bed was moderately comfortable. However, the bathroom could use some updates, and there was a faint musty smell.
