We were in Chennai for Moharram congregation and stayed for 11 days at the Rathna Residency. our stay was very comfortable. The hotel is clean and neat and the staff is very courteous. Special mention about Preskilla who looked after us during breakfast and saw to it we got good service. The breakfast was good and tasty. The Rooms are well lit and bright. The area is quiet and we would be relaxed coming back after a hectic day during Moharram. I would definitely come back to stay here whenever I’m visiting Chennai.

Stinking garbage trolley near 4th Floor rooms/ill equipped kitchen to serve food during day time/non availability of small fridge (keeping in view the price range of rooms)/highly priced property.

The stay was enjoyable. The hotel is centrally located, yet in a quiet place. The rooms are compact and nicely maintained. There is an in-house restaurant which is good, though the food choices are limited. Only negative I want to record is that they do not allow outsiders to visit the rooms.

Rooms are clean and new. Location is very near to US consulate. Need to improve a bit in Food. Over all it is a great stay and good choice for those who wants a hotel near to US consulate Chennai

FROM make my trip I came to know about this. Renthna residency is very good for stays with a silent atmosphere. The food and services are highly appreciated.

We had booked a family room. Very comfortable with a double bed and single bed. Bathroom is very clean and spacious with necessary toiletries. Prompt check in and check out facilities. We could not use the breakfast facility as we checked out early. But overall a good experience and good pricing and proximity to all key places.
