initial room given was having no proper lights, different from picture available on website, later on they changed daily breakfast was idli only, no other options

Terrible Stay
If you wanna book room, don’t book here ...i am telling with my experience..don’t book in pine tree hotel..totally terrible experience and waste of money...in app they will show lot of things will be there in room, but in room there will be nothing like that, even brush will be not there....& AC problem, TV problem, Dish problem, Room was so small, hotel manager was rude...literally i was fed with this hotel & i asking for refund, they was telling me there will be no refund.... pls people, don’t go to this hotel and don’t waste your money & time.....Book some good Hotel for tht price

Terrible Stay
Very bad experience. I do not recommend this place.* I stayed here on August 3rd, 2025, and it was a terrible experience. 1. The staff at check-in were very rude and had a lot of attitude. 2. There was no hot water available. 3. The room had an AC, but it didn’t work. Still, they called it a deluxe room. 4. There were too many mosquitoes and the dormitory was in very poor condition. 5. Worst of all, the night shift receptionist was talking loudly with his friends the whole night. I couldn’t sleep at all. Even after I asked him to be quiet, he didn’t care. 6. In the morning, another receptionist – a bald, Hindi-speaking man who claimed to be the manager – was openly calling some guests “stupid” and saying bad things about them.

The hotel was just okay — nothing exceptional, but it served its purpose. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were polite, though not particularly warm. The room was clean but quite basic, with average amenities. Wi-Fi worked fine, and the bed was moderately comfortable. However, the bathroom could use some updates, and there was a faint musty smell. Breakfast options were limited but edible. Location was convenient for local transport, but the surrounding area wasn’t very lively. Overall, it's decent for a short stay if you’re not expecting luxury. Not great, not terrible — just okay for the price.

Worst hotel
The worst hotel I have ever seen. Very loud noises from AC. Room lock not working. Overall the worst hotel from that price.

Good Stay
Location is good. US consulate office is within 2 km. Parking capacity is limited. Also its difficult to drive into the hotel location as the path is very narrow. Rooms are clean. Plenty of food option nearby.

No proper arrangements was there. Bathroom is too short. U ll not be able to find wheather u have to seat on western toilent or floor or u should stand , Matress was overused still they are proivding to guest to reuse. It was
