Property was good, rooms were clean-and food was good. But everything needs to be more organised.

The wait for check in was too long. The person in the reception was very rude. They were not confirming the booking initially. After a tough fight finally they said we have a room, and then again they said we have to pay 16000 again. Its was only after an argument that they provide us with the room. Again in the room, it was not even cleaned after the previous guest left. Not even the tables, bedsheet any thing did they change. We had to stand in-front if the room for an hour before we could get into. The very next day they called and asked to check out. Again we had to argue with them. Finally when we left, they wanted to charge extra telling that there was damage to their furniture which we didnt even use. This is quite ridiculous to charge damaged things over customers who come to stay only for a short time. This has to be definitely addressed

Need to improve service quality compare to per-day cost charges. Morning breakfast same needs more variety

Room is good and suited my requirement. Service also good. Food ordered was tasty and feels like homely food.

I find the room little expensive and the people in the reception does not appear to be trained. During our stay we have our food outside because all the items of food offered in the hotel are too expensive. For one lit of water they're charging 60 rupees, way too expensive

Room no. 309 ac not working, no hot water after tired ness bathing room no 309 tv not working, no plastic mug, container is kept for bathroom.

Good hotel. Located on the main road. Room is clean and maintained well. Food is too costly in the restaurant and breakfast is average

Location out in jungle. No power. Ac not functioning properly. Food less than ordinary. Room size too small. Staff untrained.

Horrible service, water bottle is 50 rupess plus tax and compliment breakfast is not fair, it's not buffet, it's just sake of providing it. Unfair service. ?

Very worst service, if you booked with lunch or dinner there are no foods that are available and food is too bad, morning tiffin is horrible.

Room not clean and cigarette smell. Tv not working, because they have not paid payment for channels.

I need to reach-out to makemytrip customer care. Grand padappai reception has overcharged me for room stays. I thought i had paid full through makemytrip, but they said its not fully paid. Eventually i have to pay out the extra.
