Property’s location is great, staff is good and helpful. Food was decent. The AC wasn’t working well in one of the rooms, but then we got the room changed. Stay was overall comfortable. Beach is really accessible and pool is well maintained too.

It was a beautiful beach view villa ,ambience and view was awesome.Really loved the stay .Food was fantastic and service was too good . Me and my family enjoyed every bit of it ,special mention about the large and clean swimming pool .we will rate this place ten on ten .

As soon as we checked in power went off for an hour and there was no power back up.. the reception staff was irresponsible and did not even bother to change our room..

TRecently, I stayed at the ITC hotels kences palm beach. The room rate was very high, but the room was not up to the mark and had several issues. The calling bell didn’t work, the fan speed couldn’t be reduced, and there was no shower gel. The shower didn’t work properly as we had to hold the button, and there were frequent power outages. The only good thing was the swimming pool; otherwise, it was an average stay.

travelled with family and enjoyed the serene locations. the hotels rooms are scattered around lawns with palm trees and hammocks. The rooms were fairly large as we could adjust an extra bed for our child. the restaurant was a bit of downer as there were limited veg options. Also as it is secluded location you cannot go around for food unless you have a car. there is no public transport available you have to manage on your own.

At the time of booking, the listing clearly showed a night stay priced at taxes, and I also received an advance voucher confirming the same. However, after payment, the booking reflected only a day stay (8 AM – 8 PM). Further, I was contacted by your customer support and informed that I would have to pay an additional ₹8000+ for a night stay. I immediately raised a cancellation request, but my booking has still not been cancelled. This has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

Overrated and underperforming

Room is very basic with old furniture, mouldy curtains. Food is below average. Room service is very slow. Beach acccess and greenery is good. It is super expensive as compared to the services offered. I clearly do not expect mould in my shower curatins in a 5 star.

The property is beautiful and well maintained, but the service was poor and disappointing. Staff were unresponsive, and the food options were very limited with hardly any variety on the menu. For the price charged, the overall experience did not feel worth it. A resort with potential, but service and dining need major improvement.

I can’t complaint about the ambience or food in ITC but coming to service it was very disappointing. The rooms allocated are not updated and after I check in they bring other guests to room holding other key card which was very frustrating. The breakfast had various options, pool was clean, food was very appetising the only drawback I faced was with service.

This was our second stay at this property. While we had an excellent check in at the front office and also we did an upgrade to a beach facing villa for a day and a day in the suite room. The rooms were very well kept. If I have to talk of F&B the breakfast had an excellent spread and we simply loved it. Lunch and dinner we used to eat in the room as we had a pet with us. The in room dining experience was very average. The order used to take really long and most of it was forgotten and we had to repeatedly keep reminding them. Also the quality of food was very average no where near to a five star food it was very ordinary. Guys you need to pay attention here. People stay in five stars or good hotels for experience and one bad experience will make us think should we go back again ? In my case I will look at another option next time for sure.

Welcomehotel by ITC is a nice getaway for comfortable resort stay on the ECR with direct access to the beach from within the property. Behaviour of the staff is polite and courteous. Ask for beach facing rooms during check-in.

We have been to this place thrice but had a very bad experience and customer service is really bad now.. horrible experience to say the least. It started with a delayed check in, despite of kids trabelling with us. rooms and bathrooms were not clean, Air conditioner was not working properly in one room. To our shock we found insects breeding across pool. Very bad service at restaurant .horrible experience overall.
