Location and ambiance is good, restroom need to be maintain neatly and ac is not working properly, overall average stay

Not satisfied room was not good and food cost was high and taste was not good they overall I recommend to book for some other don't choose actually they need to work on there resort more

Cheapest hotel. I think it’s a lodge where families don’t stay pls stay away from this place. The restroom and the room was very dirty and only bulbs were there in the room. Could see inappropriate ppl sneaking and sneaking out. This is not for families. I checked out in 30 mins. Waste of time and money and a lot of embarrassment to walk around there.

Rooms are small.Check in smooth.Courteous staff.Contact over phone is limited.swimming pool is very small.it seems it is meant for kids only.

room size are to small we are booked for 8 person but that is not for big room service also not good and bathroom kit also not available we asked two times then only kit came and no game available.

Maintenance is too poor. Staff behavior is good. Infrastructure include food container and restaurant is too much unhygienic.

There was no restaurant that is one problem. Because no food or restaurant available near to this hotel. And it doesn't looks like resort. No room service and other facilities. And rate is high than facilities.

1. the room provider has different bed style, in one room 2 single beds kept separately and in 1 room 1 queen size bed given, when asked to change room they said no other room available(said by guy whp came us to show room). 2. AC in room room was not working so after wasting 20mins in checking , they agreed to give other room which was denied initially. 3. I came at hotel with my wife and the hotel guy without asking anyone and without knocking or ringing bell directly opened room and entered and when told to behave responsibly he started argument. 4. He say something to his fellow colleague and laugh. PATHETIC AND IRRESPONSIBLE STAFF

Property was good. Located on the highway leading to mahabalipuram. The rooms were below average. We stayed there for almost 20 hours and a. There was power cut 3 times b. Voltage issue led to blinking of lights, we need switch off lights except for one c. Flush was leaking d. Wash basin was choking positives - a. Staff was friendly b. Food was decent c. Swimming pool was clean

Room was clean and neat, service was excellent and food served was good. Even it was late night they serviced well. For families it’s a good stay in week days.

My stay at varun inn was a cozy, comfortable and satisfying one! near room, kind staffs, quick check-in and tasty breakfast!

Swimming pool was not ready and it was so dirty when we asked the staff about pool they told it will take eight hrs to get cleaned also even though they mentioned restaurant food was not available actually it is just a resort maintained kitchen not restaurant

It is a good stay in the budget. But the staff was very harsh. Not at all a good team of staff. Rooms, infrastructure everything was nice and a budget friendly stay.

Food availability expectation is low, indoor games were enjoyable, foodcourt is not available, staffs are kindly approach.

Good n safe place calm ambience felted peace their it was nice trip with my family. Must recommended from me.

Room was very neatness and good quality was good, management response very well, swimming pool only very small and they want to maintenance more, other then room, food and all services are good only.
