Blue Bay Beach Resort

had a 2 night stay, leaky roof in cottage . cottage changed in the morning, offered complimentary dinner with a VERY MEDIOCRE SPREAD WHICH WAS IDENTICALLY REPEATED on the second nigtht too.

Food and Hospitality was Good. Locationwise it's a great place to stay

Breakfast is not up to the level and room has been changed because AC not working. breakfast not having much variety

Resort was quite nice...and amenities, services was good except the morning complimentary breakfast...it was not nice...do concrete to give better food.... Coming to the on line booking of our stay... MakeMyTrip.com....very bad ...they didn't give proper guidance... nine of us went for the stay...we all are ladies above 60 years... when are were booking we opted a room near ..and both connected...they showed one deluxe room which will accommodate three adults and one more room which will accommodate six adults...and told both rooms are interconnected...but when we went there we were extremely unhappy to saw the rooms allotted for us....one deluxe room which can accommodate three facing swimming pool with stairs on one side and another room which could accommodate six facing the back side of swimming pool with stairs on another side...and the two rooms which we booked can not be interconnected...the person who allotted told me why didn't spoke to me previously.....i got angry and found with him ...I felt that was not our fault...the person who attended our online booking was the main reason for our difficulty...we were not able to enjoy our trip due to that difficulty.....i am stressed and unsatisfied with their work..... makemytrip.com

Rooms aren't good as shown in picture. Resturant isn't available, rooms are not safe for couples.

stay is good food near improvement have add options and costly need to improve the bathroom and keep neat and

Location is good, Wooden cottages are good whereas Deluxe rooms are not worth for 7k price. The room doesn't have ventilation, washroom is not clean. need to keep the main door open for ventilation. Staffs are not helpful. Personal experience(ratings are not based on this it's because of room): too many miscommunication happening from staffs. There is no water bottles available for the rooms.

Resort is clean and beach view is excellent and peaceful. Disappointed with some services like bathroom was not clean during checkin time, served dirty hot water, breakfast items are less and loaded regularly waited for food

Very worst resort which i have ever seen. No proper amenities & maintenance. Staffs are too arrogant.

The only best part of this resort is its sea facing property. Cons- 1) rooms are in bad shape. Broken cupboard, low grade curtains etc. 2) food - pathetic food, with the price they charge for a day i was excepting a decent food. Breakfast low options, by 9:45 they wind up the breakfast. Lunch and dinner- first their staff came to convince me to take complimentary dinner, when denied they also denied the al cart. 3) staffs- staffs are good but since it was pick time the response time was late

Firstly good things - The resort is right by the beach and hence it’s a good stay if you have kids with you on the trip. The food provided was right on the beach restaurant. Now bad things. - no proper maintenance of rooms. Due to rains one of the rooms was leaking - ⁠no maintenance of commode and toilet seats. Many of them need replacement. - ⁠soap and shampoo provided are of bad quality - ⁠towels are so old that they are getting disintegrated when you rub your body with them leaving you with white fur all over your body - ⁠food is bad Overall not a value for money resort. They are charging 4 star rates and providing <1 star service

Stay was good, rooms all very neat and clean makemy trip is very helpful to book the hotels.

We stayed for 2 days. Service had become worsen. I used to stay atleast once a year for the last 10 years. This time, i think the staff and crew has changed completely from last time. Worst service. Tv not working in the room properly. Room service is very bad. Restaurant service is very bad. Food quality is also not good.

There is much dust in the rooms and no proper ventilation in the rooms and in morning breakfast buffet too there are only two three items

We were not able to take up the accommodation as we were bachelors. The property denied entry for us. It was a no show and we didn't get any refund.

The place needs a lot of maintenance. Not worth for the price charged by the property. Never expected this for the price they have charged.

Food is ok but rooms are not properly cleaned beds are not good, bathroom are also average, they are allowing dayout so there is no privacy for people who has taken rooms and also swimming pools was overcrowded due to day out

Food is not so good, ambience is just ok, needs lot of improvement, no much activities, just pool and beach, no good dining place
