Yes the rooms are good and ambience are good but the tv is not working properly and cost is also too high for that room because they charged around for a king type size room that's why I gave 3 rating for the madras chronicles bay resort and main thing they don't afford spa services they have spa services...so I totally unsatisfied with their rooms and services but they keep the room neat and clean for that only I gave 3 rating thank you

Not worth spending 9k+ for a night

Rooms were good but service was 1 star, there were stains on the blanket and when pointed out to the staff who brought it, he answered stains are generally there and they can't do anything ( I was expecting a replacement clean blanket) Restaurant is 400 mtrs away in a different location in the city and not inside the resort
