Nice property with good service and amenities like a small game area especially for kids. Food quality is nice.

Terrible. Swimming pool was not working and was informed very late where we could not cave and beg the refund. Many indoor games was not available. A person from the resort took my car key for washing and when he did not return the keys I was worried even after 11 pm in the night. After checking got to know he had taken my car out without my permission and resort management had not stopped him. After many calls and an hour later he came back with many excuses and drunk. Never opt for this and I had lodged a complaint for the same.

The property was well-maintained and situated in a calm environment, yet conveniently close to the prime areas of Mahabalipuram. The food was also quite good, and the staff were extremely supportive and humble. Definitely a recommended spot

We travelled as a family of 4 with two toddlers. We had an amazing stay with a lot of good food. I would like to mention the service and behaviour of the staff at the restaurant - all of them were very helpful, charming and professional to the core. we would definitely visit the Grand Continental again during our next visit to Mahabalipuram.

Property is poorly maintained. Despite being only 8 months old, the lamp in the room has cobwebs and the floor carpet has many stains. We book a double occupancy room. Despite requesting for 2 key cards while checking in, the staff insisted that he will give us only 1 key card.

Nice ambience, good location nearby seashell museum and some heritage sites and food quality and many veg options

It is a business hotel not a beach resort. Location is very peaceful and very close to "world heritage centre". If you own a vehicle your stay will be highly enjoyable to go around. Food is delicious and very good. Amenities & services, you find everything you need is available and high class. It is a newly built up hotel, 5 months ago.

Food is not good , ambience s average and service also not that great - Not worth for money . No proper response from front desk people .

The hotel is good. All the services apart from housekeeping is good. The food is very expensive. Buffet spread can be improved. Parking is good. It is not a beach side property. Rooms are Nice and cozy quite clean. The pool is good.

We had to wait for about 20 minutes in the lobby before the room allotment. The check-in process also took quite some time. After we got into the room, we found that the roof was leaking as the swimming pool was in the floor above it. They changed it after we complained. Not worth the amount charged.

The resort is excellent by all aspects... Staffs are very friendly and cooperative.. Dinner and breakfast were excellent . Swiming pool are very nice. Overall natural beauties are mind blowing. We are very much satisfied. A day very well spent. 

New property, staffs are courteous, cuisines were delicious and service at restaurant was prompt. Can improve attending calls when housekeeping was reached (nobody picked up the call, had to reach reception)

Amenities were very good. The hotel is value for money. It is a stylish hotel overall. Good food and the staff is also very courteous.

Newly built hotel.. rooms are well planned. Good breakfast buffet. Walkable from the shore temple and nearby attractions

Didn’t meet expectations. More of a hotel with a small swimming pool and not a resort types. Tariff is for sure on a higher side for a hotel setup. AC keeps switching off every 5 hours. Housekeeping staff were great.

Hotel Location, Amenities Food qualities of Restaurant and All Staff Members are Good in Conducive Atmosphere. Room A C was light Cooling effect and No Ceiling Fans in the Room.

- gave us an upgrade on sea view room - rooms are clean and spacious - newly built so well kept - they allowed us to spend time in the pool even after the closing hours. The pool has amazing view. Since we were the only ones in the pool, it was more enjoyable. - breakfast buffet was delicious and good - service was polite and responsive. We are definitely coming back with some of our friends.
