No tv in rooms, food service not available. Hence it is average only.

Not good as viewed in mmt. Room is not clean. Roof and ac machine covered with dust. Restaurant not functioning. Pipe fitting in bathroom not good. Swimming pool water contains dust. Not properly maintained. Over all not good. Mm t should not recommend this type of property.

Worst hospitality negligent staff arrogant answering no clean rooms no restaurant i can say like. The list continues i would never recommend this to anyone in india as well as abroad

Found cockroches, hot water not working, ac not working, bathroom flush had issues. Staff behavior was rude when asked about these issues. Overall bad experience i don't recommend

Ac is not working properly. Water spraying out of the air conditioner. Mosquitoes inside room. Cockroches. Toilet is unhygienic. Toilet seat was not fixed properly. Stains on bed. Rude behaviour from staff when complained about ac. Not recommended.

Rooms are not clean, service by receptionist(man) are worst because first he allocated ac and tv not working room(no. 901, around 5pm i complained to manager then shifted to room no. 203, my message to owner kindly inform to receptionist "customer service is good job"

Toilet alpha jet no water was coming, ac not working efficiently, no lift, no tv connection, poorly maintained room and wardrobe, poor quality blanket

I never ever compliant about the services in my so far mm t booking. This is the worst ever service i received. No wi-fi, breakfast included which they are serving parcel from a roadside shop. Doors doesn’t have locks and no room service. Some third rated lodge is better than this hotel and their services.

The check in time was 12. 00pm but we got our room around 1. 30. No restaurant in the hotel worst response from the staffs

The facilities mentioned while booking aren't available. Tv not working. Room doesn't look like suite room. For 4 members 3 beds (one fold-able giving back pain. No restaurant. Food bought from outside. Toiletries very limited. Drinking water very limited. No intercom to reach reception. The mobile number holder is on shift basis.

Only 1 person in the entire property. No toiletries, no water, everything needs to be demanded and only then it is available.

Good and reasonable prices, rooms are wider and comfortable for staying parking, swimming pool near by beach

I stayed here for just 1 night, there was no staff in the hotel, felt like walking into a ghosted hotel. No blanket was provided and there was no intercom. Not at all worth 4 k. Please avoid this hotel at all costs

Paid almost 2500+ for 1 day visit, there are pro's n con's in this hotel. Pro's near to main road, spacious rooms can accommodate upto 4, good staff, swimming pool con's, looks wise it is too old hotel, need to everything before confirming room, as i came in during summer season my ac is not working properly, staff agreed to change room, but in new room tv cable not working. Looks maintenance is not so good.

Room is very well maintained, kids enjoyed the stay and played in pool. Food is available nearby and beach is walkable distance.

Not at all hygiene and the toilet was totally uncleaned and left how the last traveller left it. No soap or shampoo for stay. Also, for foreigners they are giving it all which is wondering which i had checked with a lady from the usa who stayed there with her son.

They don't have any kitchen. Only south indian fixed breakfast is there which they bring from outside. Only 1 staff and 1 helper is there. Although they both r very helpfull. The only best thing is the location of hotel is veer good. Very near to all the monuments. You can easily take a walk if you wish to or take auto which are easily available.
