but literally this hotel is horrible.. not recommended at all for families.. we reached the hotel at 9pm.. way to the hotel is too much smell on the road. there is no receptionist in hotel after 10min.. men came out .. he is just 18years old with horrible look.. he doesn't know english.. we don't know tamil.. he can't even understand single english word.. finally he arranged room 2rooms.. one at 2nd flloor and 1room at 3rd floor.. . room very bad .. bed is smelly and smoking.. bath is not cleaned at all.. room floor is not washed, dusty .. i travelled with elder people and kids.. just imagine the situation and possession.. amount which booked in not small amount.. it is not worth for it.. and at the mid night at 12oclk.. receptionist came and knowck the door.. I am with my wife and kids in another room with my cousin and in law.. I don't know why he knocked the door at mid night.. if anything is there should be connected in the morning.. I was a little scared.. even though the environment looks different.. oh god.. somehow I talked to him in morning.. he said something in tamil.. which i didn't understand..

nice and pleasant stay.. totally satisfied.

Very very dirty room, dirty blankets, AC was full of dust, i got breathing problems becauae of that.

Everything was spotless when I arrived. Bathroom was tidy and room smelled fresh. Good solo stay.

cockroaches on bed, no use with receptionists they don’t respond, water leaks from geyser there are many things to describe. Such a worst experience.

Recently I have booked Super o collection stay in Mahabalipuram on 4th June From 7th June to 9th June. on the date of check in I have reached the hotel by 2 o'clock. The hotel staff in reception he totally threatened decently. They are attached hotel in all the sites so the room are full. They have family rooms it will cost extra 1500 otherwise u talk to MakeMyTrip. I tried to reach mmt customer care they took too much longer. We have nothing to do and paid 800 and get the room.
