Had a great time at the hotel. The staff were very friendly. The view of Krishna’s Butterball from the room was great. The restaurant in the hotel is truly one of the best in the area in terms of ambience.

The hotel location is excellent with some of the monuments in the rock zone visible from upper floors. The rooms are decent for the moderate pricing they come with. The Dhabba restaurant food is very good. It was an okay stay. The hotel is not as you see in the pictures, which was a bit disappointing. However, the staff and service were good—very attentive and courteous. One of the highlights was the food; the on-site restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes. The breakfast buffet had a great selection with fresh fruits, pastries, and hot items cooked perfectly. Dinner options were equally impressive with flavorful local and international cuisine. The quality and taste of the food definitely made the stay more enjoyable.

Rooms are with damping smell The guy at reception who is from Dehradun is very impolite and also rude Staff at restaurant are gentle and good with very polite Manager is acting like he is solving the problems when complained about the room smell there was no action Overall service is between bad and okay however considering the price they are charging is not worth of the quality they are providing

My stay at Hotel Mamalla Heritage Mahabalipuram was really comfortable and the breakfast was awesome. Loved the service provided by staff. Staff was also polite. I recommend this hotel if anyone is planning to stay in Mahabalipuram

1 day stay... Well appointed rooms . Though small .. everything was taken care of. The staff is very friendly and pleasing... Including the pool attendant... The Grand pallette restaurant was very good and the food was delicious... Will recommend to anyone..

Great Ambiance. Clear Rooms. Great Location. Food at Dhaba was exceptionally good. Taman, the person took order was too good. Staff very courteous and helpful. Overall, great experience. 👍

Food is Great and live kitchen also there. Room size is small only sufficient for sleeping, and staffs are friendly and any help required is handled quickly

Pure veg restaurant serving delicious varities. Staff behaviour is extremely good. Big swimming pool is there. Location is in the centre so all sightseeing points in walkable distance. Really enjoyed and must recommend. Great value for money
