for family very good and clean room. complementary brake fast also good. staff approach is nice. I went 1 hour before but they adjusted and allocated room.

Pros. 1. Very neat and clean 2. Good and prompt service 3. You also get scooter rental services. 4. Very helpful staff. 5. Close to sow good non veg restaurants. Cons. 1. Location is slightly interior and end of a narrow lane. 2. No breakfast option. However if you are in mahabalipuram, its a sleepy town, with shops opening after 10am, so getting an early breakfast remains a challenge. If you are someone who loves monuments, then plan 2 days at least, then you can justify. Don't go for the guides, most don't know a bit of history. Take a map and explore.

I found the location to be optimum, access to the beach, restaurants and tourist location. The hotel itself was spacecious and well maintained. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend it.
