As per the room package all good. Please add some sitout area nearby beach. swimming pool very neatly maintained.

Over all stay and room ambiance is good but need to change steps in swimming pool it's already broken but I don't why management not changed the steps in swimming pool it's difficult for ladies and kids to climb from swimming pool

Great location, pleasant well mannered staff, excellent food at the restaurant Mormoris. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained. Overall an excellent stay.

The complementary breakfast is very limited to first come first basis and the outside ambiance is great sea side rooms are best rest ols styled only the bar and restaurant is modern

The hotel is still the same it was. The washrooms needs that refurbishment and has to be fresh to its standards. Also diff materials of plates and bowls needs to be like ceramic instead of plastics. They are still using plastic which upson certain point always looks ugly how much ever it is cleaned. Most important now is the swimming pool. Looking from outside u can feel the transparency and see through of inside but when get down in the pool u can see little insect like white things seen everywhere. As well the leaves from trees fall inside pool. Few leaves even dirty which makes the water dirty too. This is my honest view. Otherwise this property is ok to stay given the other hotels within the same busy road.

room is not good and service is worst. I have asked for hot water 3 times and still not provided Breakfast is average only. beach view is good.

The stay is good. but the bar is overcharged and not worth it. they charge a pint beer for 325 yet not complimentary sides are provided. Also, that's not an AC venue just a plain rooftop.

Good experience, food quality good, early check in allowed if the room is available. Swimming pool is 7ft maximum so we need to take care of our children

For Room I gave one rating, but average rating is only for food and location with good ambience and restaurant service. Overall , food is good so you can go for dine in and stay at other place

The property is very ill maintained. Had booked superior rooms but it was really unkept with dirty bathrooms and torn sofa covers, broken tables and very very dirty mirror in the room. After a lot of discussion with the front desk people we were shifted to another rooms. The swimming pools are unhygienic as guests with their normal clothes on we’re allowed to swim. The Propert is good by not maintained

the location next to sea beach is certainly excellent. however the rooms should be made in line with the standards..the restaurant is excellent with good taste yet average breakfast.

Sea Breeze Beach Resort gave us a wonderful and a pleasant stay experience. And worth for Rs 6000 in April 2025 Would highly recommend this place for all having considered the following points: 1) Rooms weren't modern but had all facilities and a good washroom 2) Good and clean swimming pool were we spent quality time 3) Vast lawn area and kids play area for us to spend time 4) The Food were really good. Breakfast Buffet was included in our booking and we thoroughly enjoyed their menu. The Live Dosa and Omelette counters were really helpful in serving us as per our preferences 5) It is adjacent to the sea shore temple and gave us a good view from the back of the resort 6) Beach access was wonderful 7) most importantly, it is situated in a main location, were in you can find multiple eatery locations and shopping stalls just by stepping out from the resort 8) Last but not the least, the service provided by the people of the Resort were really praiseworthy. We get an immediate and a good response from the resort people on anything we approach them.

The superior room which we selected stinks, complained they said it's due to sanitizer they used. They gave option to upgrade sea view room for +2K, so we did. That room is kind of ok. About restaurant menu, mostly not south indian style & each items cost around >600 INR. Which is on expensive side. Pool is ok. Not too much clorine. Over all its kind of ok, but not feel good about it.

Chairs are not clean inside the room and its dirty chair can’t able to sit . Food is good and rooms are clean

Only good point is location. Rest pl stay a your own risk! the electric points can shock you to death

area was fantastic...All staff behavior is very soft and location is on best place.food is delicious 😋

The service was so pathetic. The staff was not at all coperative. Food was terrible too.
