Residency Sarovar portico makes us very disappointed on the stay. we reach the hotel by 11.30 PM and check-in process are good. # The alloted room is like 2 beds together and no space to move around in the room, very disappointed. # We asked to make the bed separation, while checkin, and call the reception for more than 5 times, they told will come and do. after we go to reception and take staff with us and did that, very disappointed. # We order food by Swiggy and ask for crockery and cutlery, Waiting for another 2 hours for plates. The food was getting cold and worse bcz of the delay. # After gone bed for sleep by 4 am. We are came from a long flight and need to relax and sleep. But the experience is very very disappointed.

The room and service was good. Room AC was not proper initially but after 1 hour cooling was good. Food was average, chicken was not fresh they are using storage food I believe. Compared to the price the food was not up to the mark.

The staff is Courteous, Rooms are Very clean and neat with very Good Hygiene... Food is Good.... The location is a little Odd on Map...near the Main Road... My suggestion to Put Hoarding on Stree side Gate and a security Cabin to guide customers to guide Main Entrance. 1. Location Entrance not nice; but convenient 2. Food was good 3. Services to be improved. 4. The TV and Remotes was too bad to operate. The remote never worked; had to call the technician twice 5. Few channels not connected. 6. The small desk was cluttered with too many advertisements stands. 7. Room service was done, but no towels provided. 8. You need to be very careful about your personal belongings in the room. Pls keep it locked or under locker!

I am quite regular for this property. It is good clean and neat property. The only problem with this property every time u ask for smoking room, it’s unavailable. This time same issue happened. They alway say you need to book the room for at least 3 nights... which i did. Secondly the room which I was allotted what’s not the mark. First the orientation, send only AC not working properly. On of the AC in room was dripping water. In an all slightly sad experience. And lastly the check-in experience should be much better.
