Very bad experience 😕. staff was not capable to handle guest. very bad behaviour of staff. if something wrong from their side still not able to accept anything.only they focus on money

The staff is really amazing, they go an extra mile to make sure that the stay is nice and comfortable. Would like to mention Ms Kulveer Kaur, she is an exceptional young woman, very sweet and kind. She helped make my wife's birthday really special and made sure that our stay was comfortable from start to end. Thanks to her.

Overall a good experience. Staff were very friendly and food quality was also very nice. Room experience can be improved. I’ve booked 4 rooms but air conditioning of 2 rooms was not working properly

The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and the staff was warm and attentive throughout our stay. The overall vibe was peaceful and perfect for unwinding. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the in-house restaurant—authentic flavors and great presentation. Would definitely stay.

Professionalism missing at every point, hotel just looks out of hotel industry, Courtesy and service missing. Over charged for digital door access card, which misplaced at dining area. No support from GM of hotel even calling food ordered good, buffet not good

Everything was good. Food and other services were excellent. The only issue I faced was too much waiting for checkout. They took about one hour for final billing and all my family members were waiting outside sitting in car. In the end when bill was not generated after long time , I paid their dues without getting proper bill and left the property.

Worst hotel I have stayed in; In recent times; swimming pool water dirty, room bedsheet dirty and very old and poor cotton quality; In breakfast they serving khamand that nobody can eat and serving bakery items which cant even break by hand and teeth... RO tap water bottle served in breakfast were very dirty from inside... out of two lift one is not working.... staff is so rude cant even explain here.... we have wrote a suggestion feed back that dint even excepted it; we ask where is complaint and suggestion box nobody answered... we have complaint MAKE MY TRIP during our stay over their but got no further response from their side also... we were 13 people staying and booked 5 rooms and paid more in advance to MMT; for 5 rooms; very very very disappointing from MMT and HOTEL side both
