Grand Continent Secunderabad A Sarovar Portico Affiliate Hotel

Decent hotel with good atmosphere. but comparatively not good as other sarovar portico hotels. food quality was also good.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Room walls were wet all the time, creating a foul smell all over room. When asked to change the room, no response was received from the property.

Location is excellent , services are good and food is ok. The climate was too good specially in the evening

Excellent and Comfortable Stay after the hectic meetings. Rooms are spacious Food quality are great Service personnel are well mannered.

The property is average. Old rooms but decently clean. F&B Services are very poor and limited. Hence, it's advised to take a package with no meals. For meals there is a fantastic Cafe Kaadale next door which is as good as Cafe Rameshwaram. Pure veg delight. Otherwise a budget hotel close to Parade Ground Metro

We were in Hyderabad for an official trip. We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. We were allowed to keep our luggage in the Hotel premises after the check out at 9 am, as we have to attend a workshop till 5 pm. Thanks to the Hotel Management.

1. I have booked this property with complementary breakfast, but hotel management denied & told that we have not opted for a complementary breakfast option. Make my trip had to check & confirm the same. stay was & comfortable. location of property is also good. food is ok.

Very Bad, very, very, very bad cleaning in the room and service third class hotel I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The rooms provided were extremely dirty and poorly maintained — even basic guesthouses offer better conditions. The service quality was also third class, far below expectations for a hotel. Such standards are unacceptable, and I strongly suggest the management take immediate action to improve cleanliness and hospitality.”

The hotel property is old and maintenance is very poor. There were a lot of cockroaches in the room,wardrobe,bathroom,restaurant. The food quality is average. Only location is good as it is near to Secunderabad railway station.

Location is fine. Facilities are not very good. Cockroaches are there is the toilet and restaurant. Bad odor emanated when we enter the room. There is no guidance in travel though they have a designated travel desk. Wifi is not working at all.

good clean stay, with prompt service and good staff. safe for family and very central location. i would recommend and try even next time if I visit Hyderabad again

Food is over costly. Also not much space at the reception. The staff is not at all cooperative
