The experience was good. Rooms were good, the food was nice, and the rooftop swimming pool was great. Staff was also helpful. However, the hotel has a pigeon problem. Their droppings are all over my car.

It was a wonderful stay with Sarovar portico their hospitality, and you know services are very good with that. Also make my trip has helped me a lot in booking my stay. It gave me a very hefty you know discount of almost 2000. So it was a great experience with MMT and Sarovar portico.

Inefficient Front office
Front office team is inefficient. Me and my wife were travelling to Jaipur and booked this hotel for 1 night. Check in and check out process is time consuming. We were given a room which is way smaller than a regular room size with smaller than queen size bed. We called the front office to change the room and the second room offered to us was interconnected and we could hear the next room guests voice. It was a frustrating moment and again stepped down to reception to inform this and in 3rd attempt they finally given me the regular room. No room service menu was available and we called the IRD which took nearly 50 minutes after calling thrice. Food and restaurant service is good.
