1. I think it's only a 3 star hotel but tagged under a 4 star category. 2. Having any own transport will ease you access to this hotel through many narrow lanes. Parking will be little inconvenient due to a ramp. 3. The room smelled with a strong bad odour like it was not used for long but were spacious. We were offered to change but the other one too was same. The intercom was not working and later rectified. 4. The bed linen stinked and we asked them to change and it was done. 5. The breakfast spread was less and can be rated average. 6. The staff response was fine. 7.Overall stay is average and meeting few expectations.

It’s a average property. Service and facility is not upto the mark. They have a very narrow entrance and no proper Helpdesk s.Had to call multiple times to get a water bottle. The door stopper wasn’t working for most of the rooms booked. One day ordered for morning tea but it never came. Service was very poor considering it to be part of sarovar property. Expected a better service and hospitality by Sarovar Portico team

WORST STAY OF MY LIFE!!!!! 1) There is constant music playing at the property throughout the day, starting from 8 am in the morning till 10 pm at night. Even after repeated requests of turning down the volume or switching it off, the staff did not listen. I had severe headache because of the music. So if you want to relax in silence and peace, this is absolutely not the place to be. 2) The staff is very rude and non-cooperative. Any of the concerns I had were countered with one excuse or another. Can you turn down the volume of the music? No it's hotel policy. Why is the not not cleaned even after 6 hours have passed since I made the request. Room gets cleaned after 2 pm. Etc Etc. They were not receptive towards requests and suggestions and behaved very strangely. 3) Pathetic service. I had to remind and follow up multiple times to get what I ordered. They were super late with even a small thing like room cleaning. 4) Unclean and very average rooms. The bedsheets, towels, doormats, napkins etc were all having a strange smell and had spots on them. Seemed like they didn't wash them. The room smelled terribly. Overall, the worst stay I have ever had in any hotel. If you want to enjoy for vacation, please do not stay here. They try to gain good reviews by giving free milkshakes, etc. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE COMING TO GOA FOR A STAY.

Thank you for taking your time for posting your valuable Feedback . we regret that we are not able met your expectations . where as a few Points Highlighted by you are nowhere related to your experience purposely written to defame our Hotel i will give you valid response on each point you have highlighted . 1-)Music in Property - we have a guideline morning not 8 am what you mentioned , we start up music by 10:30 am that's also a spiritual mediation background music which gives a lot of peace & positivity while guest having breakfast they enjoy . i dont what felt you wrong a part from 120 other guest who was staying with us . even after your request my team has stopped the music where a majority of guest at the Pool side said why you stopped music please resume . we always honour guest request and since you should feel uncomfortable kept a minimum volume 2-) Staff is Rude - as you mentioned just to clarify madam our each one of teammate is so flexible and helpful for guest which they maximum praise in review you the first who mentioned Rude No under standing why you had mentioned this .

It is a nice property with good rooms, a small pool and great food. There is a severe lack of parking space especially for large vehicles as the property is right on a narrow road. The dedicated parking is around 100 metres away and lacks security ( they do have a cctv camera there). It is not a deal breaker but travellers need to be aware of that. The housekeeping is not upto the mark and our rooms were cleaned on both days only after repeated requests even though we were not there for 3-4 hours during the morning time. The house keeping is not cleaning the common areas in front of the room like the staircase and the landings so they are perpetually dirty. The rooms themselves are large and well appointed. The food is reasonably priced and excellent. The breakfast is wholesome but repetitive. Another thing to note is the lack of an elevator, the travellers with mobility issues please note.

Housekeeping - as checked Housekeeping performs Room cleaning job everyday even a couple of request raised later they have attended might there was a delay in one day due to Sold out we feel apologies for the same , another thing the entire campus gets cleaning everyday from pathway to stair case . groupEverything was very good but itys has some flaws too. As room are good but not cleaned upto mark, breakfast has limited options too. Also late night room service was too slow. But location was so peaceful l and pool is also very good

Average stay: we have booked this property on named of sarovar portico as we have stayed in lazy lagoon by sarovar portico at baga arpora for three times. That was good property with good facilities. However grand continent failed to give us that charm. We have booked two rooms for three adults howevevr they didnt put towels and napkins for three people. Staircase are also not clean. When you entree in room and bathroom some unusual smell coming from them. Even mosquito and small fly also live with you in room. Room size is too small. I think its comfortable for two people only food taste is overall good. For service i ll give seven out of ten. They dont serve round the clock menu. They do even charge for lemon slices and ice bucket which i see first time in goa after visiting goa for ten times. To park a car is big challange at the property. They dont give water or waterbottles in sufficient stock. So we b aught water bottlw from outside. When you ask housekeeping staf for water bottles they only provide two bottles of 500ml per day for three people. Overall i would never suggest this property to stay in goa. Didnt expect this from sarovar portico. Please update this review on peroprty on your page so that people get to know about this property.

Pros: Overall a good stay, the property was well maintained & the food was good. Also, the hotel staff was very courteous. I took the family suite as I was travelling along with my parents. Cons: The road on which the hotel is narrow as compared to other roads. There is no provision of lift. I was staying on the 2nd floor which was the top floor.
