Hotel Regent Laguna

Location is good, the cuisine is limited, the staff are good. One thing particularly, "All bills are to be paid immediately" by staff who bring food to the room on order is a negative mark on the excellent hospitality shown by other staff members. The rooms are well maintained and cleaned on demand. Another thing that felt off was the limited water supply to room, "Only two bottles complimentary and rest all are chargeable" or "We have RO connection at the restaurant, but you need to come and fill it up yourself" are the minus points from my side. I will still recommend it to others.

Staff was excellent especially Mr Pratham. They always ensured room cleanliness was maintained, breakfast buffet for very good and tasty. Only issue was the parking space, there was nobody to guide which led to blockade. But overall, I would definitely recommend

Room was very small and maintaining not properly. While entered room it was stinking badly. washroom also not cleaned. Food charged highly. Also Hotel cab fare was very high. Fully disappointed

Properties food was ok, but we didn't have hot water facility in shower,like we need to call them every time for hot water supply then they would bring a bucket of hot water which really irritating, and swimming pool was worse it wasn't clean at all

location is 1 km from beach. Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Roads from hotel to beach is narrow. Food wise, menu is decent.

Had a great experience staying here!Location is very near to Anjuna beach, not walkable but accessible within 2kms.. The room was well maintained and neat, the staff at the reception was very cooperative, allowed for early checkin and late checkout. The breakfast was amazing and the service and hospitality from MrPratham made the food taste even better..

Wonderful Stay – Great Location & Excellent Hospitality! Rooms were spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The hotel’s location is fantastic—just a short walk to Anjuna Beach and close to great cafes and local markets. The hospitality stood out—special thanks to Mr. Rahul and Pratham, who were both incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The entire staff was courteous and always ready to assist. A special mention to the receptionist (I forgot her name) who was also very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was good, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay here again!
