Room was ok, but I didn't feel that vibe. Food is not satisfactory, and the service was very poor. I had to wait for breakfast which I ordered. Even the person who came after me received their order. So I think they are not customer oriented.

This hotel is in good location near to embassy park. Ok like a 2 star hotel, not a Sarovar experience. Very small rooms, looks very decent from outside, modern look, good restaurant, but I don’t think you may get a good sleep. Linens and towels are dusty, whole night I was scratching my body. The itch is still there. No exhaust fan in washroom, only worth for 1000 rupees per night and can have good breakfast outside in nearby restaurant for 100 Rs. Don’t book this hotel for more than 2000 + tax.

Being a Sarovar Partner Hotel, the amenities and the overall essence of a luxury hotel should have been much better than expected. We had water leakage from AC inside the room and the luminaries inside the room was not enough, it was dark. The rooms however were spacious but not luxurious for a Rs. 6000 per night charge. I would have better preferred to stay at the Hilton as it offers a much better offering to its charges. Location wise too the hotel was not conviniently located Being a Sarovar Partner Hotel, the amenities and the overall essence of a luxury hotel should have been much better than expected. We had water leakage from AC inside the room and the luminaries inside the room was not enough, it was dark. The rooms however were spacious but not luxurious for a Rs. 6000 per night charge. I would have better preferred to stay at the Hilton as it offers a much better offering to its charges. Location wise too the hotel was not conviniently located.

I initially booked the hotel for two days only to shift to some other location nearer to my meeting points, but was so impressed with the hospitality that u extended my stay at this place only and compromised on my travel distance.
