Location is good and buffet spread is also ok for the rates but room housekeeping and service to be improved

The overall experience was good. But there were some issues with the amenities. But the staff was very supportive and they got most of them fixed right away.

Rooms are spacious, clean and nice. Food was good ( I am veg), service was very nice. I did not get an opportunity to get into pool, but it was nice pool, failry size. They have option of Japanese restaurant where they serve recepie of different countries.

Overall the stay was pleasant but few of the facilities were not functional upon arrival like AC remote was not functional and room telephone was not connecting any calls for the in room services. They fixed these things at the earliest. Apart from that everything was nice.

The room is maintained good, very spacious, but the bathroom is not maintained well, fittings are very old. The food is tasty and the staff is very nice.

May be renovated. Everything in room appears to be old or atleast old fashioned. Food was good. When compared, stay is costly, for the amenities.

the bed was very old . I stayed for 2 days and I got the back pain. The room services was also not good.I will never recommend to anyone

Good hospitality. But Things are not very well maintained , hot water stops while bathing. But room carpet is very old needs replacement. Bathroom is not very clean

It was really great staying in the hotel. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Washrooms were clean. The staffs were really very good and very helping.

Not worthy to the rate paid. Night duty reception desk person behaviour to the call response was worse.

Best service, amazing hospitality, had left and lost my gold in the room and there was a person from the reception who helped me finding the ring and gave it back to me . Very honest people .

A short one day one night-stay on 17 th jean 25 had been for a wedding and had to stay there. Amazing hospitality, staff very cooperative. Rooms spacious, clean and hygienic. Service was nice. Reached late when the restaurant was on the closure for night but yet they arranged for my dinner. Morning breakfast was amazing with lot of varieties. Worth visiting again.

The rooms ar spacious with 2 acs. Some of the bathroom fittings were dull and the exhaust wasn't working. They charged rs. 100 for a water bottle.

I had booked this hotel on the recommendation of my friend who had used this facility before. Check in was quick and with a smile. The room allotted was large and comfortable to sleep. Clean washroom with fresh towel. Great looking property with a tucked in swimming pool. Drawbacks: the buffet breakfast was a letdown due to limitation of choice of food offered though chef made eggs, omelettes on order for those who preferred them. Hotel does not help you to organize cabs or local transport & suggest use of popular ride hailing services. A convenient place to stay for those who need to be close to the airport and not wanting to venture beyond areas such indranagar etc.

Very good experience. The behaviour of all staff is very helpful and supportive. Excellent hospitality and services.
