The property is nice, but being very old has got maintenance and upkeep problems, more so, services issues also exist ( not many carts to ferry guests, forcing guest to walk) - etc..

A great looking property minus the maintenance and service. The prices across are of a 5 Star standard but it does not justify in the services.

It was a pleasant stay at the resort..the rooms were spacious and the food was good. The pool and the surroundings were amazing.

Our experience at Golden Palms was very disappointing.

This is a fantastic property, wrt its area, amenities, rooms, large swimming pool and great ambience. The staffs are cooperative and well behaved. However, the property is pricey and the food is ultra-expensive, yet good.

The place is good with ample space in suite. Food and hospitality is decent as well. However there is no internet facility or network.

Stay was very good . Excellent hospitality.. food was good. Rooms are excellent.. we all enjoyed complete as a family.

We stayed at Golden Palms Resort for a day and had a mixed experience. The property has an old architecture and is very quiet, with only a large swimming pool to enjoy. There were no activities or guidance on what to do, so it felt a bit aimless. The garden and pool view were nice, but the rooms were disappointing—there was no bathroom mat, bucket, or mug when we arrived, and we had to request them. Also, we noticed a blood stain on one of the pillows the next morning. The resort experienced frequent power cuts (6-7 times), which was frustrating for the price we paid. The restaurant only serves vegetarian food, although we were told multiple times they offer non-veg. After some confusion, we were given a chicken curry on request, but it felt awkward. That said, the vegetarian food was delicious, and the buffet for dinner and breakfast was very good (4.5/5). Overall, if you're looking for a peaceful, quiet stay to just relax in your room, this place could work. But for the price, it's not worth it, and I wouldn't recommend it for anything more than a brief stay.

Place is huge and good with very big swimming pool. It's quite old property and not maintained well. Everything takes time. Food taste at the restaurant is not good and are not really fresh except for some of them. Below average room service

Go for it guys everything was good... value for money ... very pleasant place to enjoy with kids and family ... very good food ... we booked for dinner and breakfast.. they arranged very well buffet... clean and neet garden... i was doubted about this resort before booking because of reviews... why so much bad review don't know... but our experience in this resort fabulous kids enjoyed lot...

The stay was good and the place was so calm and serene with beautiful lushes and a swimming pool. Evenings are very pleasant and there is a balcony where one can chill and unwind. The staff were courteous ( i ordered one set of phulka as i was alone and the guy gave me three saying two might not be enough for me. The only issue was the breakfast spread should have been still better.

The place has a beautiful ambience. That's the only positive. From the time of entry there was not a single person to pick up our luggage. It's a big place. Buggy driver was missing. They even asked us, if u don't mind u can walk it's only 300mts to your room. How will we know where the room is ? restaurant food was average. Night dinner half the menu was not available. It's just there. Staff is confused. They have no idea what they are doing.

This property was built some 25 years back, it still is very beautiful and relaxing. But with the change of management i guess, the service is pathetic. Housekeeping is bad, rooms are dusty, upholstery hasn’t been changed since years. Worst part if the restaurant. A below average food, ill informed staff and poor service.

We were very disappointed with the golden palms. The place was rundown and not well maintained. The breakfast was poor and there wasn’t enough seating for everyone. We booked for 2 nights but checked out after 1 and took the hit to go and stay somewhere else.
