False promise of welcome drink: When asked, he pointed to bottled water — a basic amenity, not a welcome drink. Denied hospitality: Despite requesting, the hotel refused to deliver an Instamart soft drink to my room, citing “no room service after 10:30 PM,” forcing me to go downstairs myself. Severe hygiene issue: Upon returning, I found cockroaches crawling around my used plates, and shockingly, a dead cockroach inside the cold coffee served from their own in-house restaurant. Unresponsive management: Instead of the manager visiting to address the issue , a room boy came, unaware of the situation, mentioning “AC not cooling.” Even after 30–40 minutes, the manager never appeared. At 12:30 AM, I had no choice but to check out, settle my food bill , and move to another stay. I was also promised a callback from your side to confirm the cancellation, which never happened.

Noisy fifth floor room, dirty linen

The room that I was given on their 5th floor was exactly below a utensils cleaning area of a restaurant. This caused continuous noise upto about 11:30 pm and commenced again in the morning disturbing my stay. My complaint did not elicit much of a favourable response. Worst was they were talking to me as if it was news to them! They had prior knowledge about this issue when my room was allotted !! Bed linen was dirty or not removed from the previous stay as there were body hair all over the bed sheets, had to get changed.

Hotel is very descent, neat and clean. Staff is also very co operative and supportive. They know hindi and english as well so no language barrier. Good rooms. Price is also reasonable. Only thing is limited food items available in menu
