Rooms are spacious but all interiors are old and outdated, Nothing special about the service, I had a room with balcony over looking the garden but couldn’t use it due to the garden space booked for a wedding event, the loud music made the stay even worse, SWIMMING POOL IS UNDER RENOVATION, similarly most part of the premises are not useable, the only positive aspect was the food, great quality and authentic taste. I will not recommend this place if you are looking for a quite place

I have requested the cancellation of our booking for 24th August with a full refund. Unfortunately, the accommodation provided on 21st August did not match the booking we had confirmed and fully paid for. We had specifically booked a deluxe room with a balcony and a king-size bed, but instead were given a room with a queen-size bed and no balcony. This mismatch resulted in major inconvenience. Our guests accompanied with child , the smaller bed and limited space made it very uncomfortable for them, and they were not able to sleep properly throughout the night.
