Wifi is not there and room cleaniness is required.. painting is needed... food is good...overall ok

The property was very good and pleasant. The staff is very friendly and the food was very good in taste. My family was very happy with this short trip

This property is too old. The photos in the MMT listing was taken when the property has a new painting. The pool was horrible and smelling. They were dead insects in the pool. This property should unlist from everywhere.

The service is very very poor food came 2 hrs late there are no consumables present in the room. If u ask for anything please expect a delay of 2 hours at least. The view from the balcony was the worst. The bathroom was not at all clean either. I would advise anyone not to go here.

Hotel toilet are not clean intercomm doesn’t work hotel don’t serve food after 10 pm and linen was not good over all not good experience best part it’s location only. Need lots work to be done. No i don’t have

It's an average stay. Property area is good, breakfast is good. Room towel, bed sheets, are not properly cleaned. Bathroom fittings does not work.

Food is good. Services are bad. All the requests were delayed. The incharge was behaving as if he didn't want any guests to stay there. The play area and equipment are all rusted and so is the gym area. I wouldn't recommend this resort for a family stay. The costs are also very high.

Positives: 1. Rooms are spacious, clean 2. Peaceful atmosphere 3. Good outside garden 4. Food simple and hygienic 5. Good dining hall 6. Reception helpful negatives: 1. Bath rooms small and stinking 2. No coffee house or bar as described 3. Room may not have tea milk powdersachet/ coffee powder inspite of repeated request 4. Swimming pool not well maintained 5. Far away from town

The resort is very peaceful, loved the greenery, the pool is amazing. Food is good. The only drawback is wifi is not available in the rooms. Otherwise it's all good. Sorry, no pics

Very good resort, just about an hour drive from bangalore central area. Check-in was smooth. Hotel room was clean. They shared dinner menu in the afternoon. We enjoyed the swimming pool. For groups, silver oak bangalore is an ideal place to hang around.

The most horrible experience with zero courteous staff no one to help torn bedsheets dirty bed linen ac not working and the loo pot broken

Nice ambience and delicious food. The swimming pool is well maintained. Overall, worth every penny.

Over all the property is old room is 50%ok, food is average, charging high price for food over their std, everything we should ask, they are not cooperative

Stayed here for the weekend with friends, opted for lunch, dinner and breakfast. The room was clean, swimming pool was big enough and clean as well. Lunch and dinner had the same menu with a few modifications. Breakfast was fair enough. The staffs were cooperative. We played both indoor and outdoor games. The crowd was minimum. Recommended for a weekend outing. Worth the price paid.

Location on main highway, easily accessible. Very helpful and courteous staff. Rooms is spacious, neat and clean. All amenities are available. Room services is quick. Lunch, dinner and breakfast food are very good, which is all inclusive. On our request, they given one hour grace period also.
