The food and atmosphere were good. However, the room appeared a bit old and there was an issue with the bathroom pipe. The staff responded promptly and changed the room immediately after being informed. The towels also looked quite old.

Terrible Stay

Very bad experience! The rooms are right next to the main road, and the vehicle noise lasted all night — impossible to sleep. No hot water was provided for bathing, and they didn’t even inform us about the complimentary breakfast timings. When I called the restaurant, they simply said it’s finished. Totally disappointing and not worth staying here.

The resort is kids friendly . Staff is good. Service is good. The property is well maintained. Food is decent. Things to improve - More number of baby chairs in the dining area . Bathrooms needs deep cleaning.

I recently stayed at this beautiful resort with my family, and it was such a refreshing experience. The place is surrounded by lush greenery and tall trees, giving it a peaceful, nature-filled vibe that instantly relaxes you. It truly felt like a perfect escape from the city! The staff were warm and welcoming, and the food was delicious every meal was fresh and flavorful. We especially loved enjoying our meals while soaking in the scenic view around. stay was pleasant, food was very good. did not get chance to try all the facilities. having such facility that too inside City surroundings is quite surprising. even then surrounded by trees and greenery on all sides makes the please a go to for chilling.

Stay was really good. Food, Ambience was Superb. Staff was really helpful. Room was very clean and good. Customer service is the best in this resort. Swimming pool well maintained. All indoor and outdoor games was there. Main mention to Spa. They have professional person to do as therapy. Really loved it. Manager Sebastian and Manju and Reddy was really very helpful and Polite. All staff was really Polite and good.

it was good overall but I have called many times before stay and asked for birthday celebration decoration they said they will arrange but last moment they said they cant It was hassle. It was good, but I have asked for birthday celebrations prior my stay they agreed but on the same day when I arrived they didn't provide so It was a bit off.
