Booked the hotel for personal work near by. First of all it's resort with green plants, clean swimming pool, very good restaurant with hygenic food. parking for nearly 50 cars. As my priority was location and good parking area. The best hotel.

It was very comfortable it was very comfortable enjoyed a lot I feel the location was amazing very close to my relatives house the bathroom was amazing the water was great some of the fixtures when it will stuck but it was okay they were really supportive the food was excellent specially the butter chicken was beyond my expectation and the poolside view was very calming to the eyes so I was just very very happy thank you so much

Rooms are terrible they charged 1500 for extra bed which is 30years old will rat holes. Their customer service is terrible

The room service was okay but the room/ restroom were not all that clean and tidy. The overall experience was underwhelming. Even the wifi wouldn't connect and their landline phones didn't work where reception/room service were not able to hear us on the phone.

Dear MakeMyTrip Customer Support, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at Ramanashree California Resort, Bangalore, booked via the MakeMyTrip app for the dates May 10 to May 11. During our stay, we encountered a serious issue — the water supply in the toilet stopped completely. As a pregnant woman, this caused extreme discomfort and inconvenience, especially during the night when I required access to basic facilities. Despite informing the reception immediately, there was no prompt response or resolution provided. In fact, as I write this mail, the issue remains unresolved. This lack of basic amenities and poor service response has not only disrupted our stay but also negatively impacted my health and well-being. I expect MakeMyTrip to take this matter seriously and initiate appropriate action against the property.
