Location is not up to the mark as it is very close to the road and in an industrial area. However, food quality was good, with fewer options for starters; some more options can be added. Service is good but took a little more time than usual. Activities at the property were paid. Worth it at this price.

stay was pleasant. Nice ambience. well maintained property. 2 large swimming pool. Courteous staffs except the receptionist Ms. Sushmitha . Most impolite and arragont receptionist I have ever seen. She has no care attitude for her deficient service. Hope the management take care of the issue doesnt repeat to other guests

Hotel Ramee guestline needs lot of improvement in ambience, customer handling, food quality n temperature etc. They have good tasty food but miss on the process, food is served cold with out maintenance on temperature etc. Staff need more training on upkeep of premises, process followup, ownership etc, leadership team is not hand holding the ground staff who otherwise are very good. They need proper guidance. Rooms are old and bathroom with tub is not good, very old and need immediate replacement, ac in room at night 3pm gets off regularly, do not know if this is cost cutting exercise. Due to highway work going on this place doesnot have good ambience and need to be renovated. Guests can avoid this place till renovation.

I stayed at this resort with family and I must say I had an excellent experience. Location was good and within city outskirts and not requiring to spend houra to reach yet very greenish nature and spacious garden and pools. Kids enjoyed the premise with indoor and outdoor games. Food was delicious and inhouse restauarant serves what ever you need. The restaurant staff Neha and Sabena were curteous and took good care of us. Rooms were good , just that felt an exhaust fan is a must in the washroom. One can definitely plan for a trip with friends or family without any doubt here.
