Very Dissapointing Experience

Very Dissapointing experience. TV and Wifi not working in any of the rooms. There are no proper games and recreation available at the premises. There was only carom boards and tt board available but they were in horrible conditions. Construction is going on for another floor so expect a lot of noise and dirt . The resort is much smaller than what they show in pictures and videos. Food is good but little expensive. Rooms are well maintained. So if you want to spend your day only sleeping and eating then this resort is good for you. Otherwise nothing is there in this resort not even Wifi. Staff behaviour is polite though. Swimming pool is small and okay.

We had a family outing at Veerdency Luxury Resorts. We stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights. The property is located on the banks of a lake and had a good view. The swimming pool was well maintained. They have a pure vegetarian restaurant and the food was good.

The food was good. However, the staff was not professional. I was alotted rooms where construction was going on in the terrace area. The noise of drilling and hammering was terrible and gave me headache. I was allotted a different room after I complained.

We stayed at Veerdency Luxury resorts for 2 nights. The property is on the bank of a lake and quite good. They have a pure vegetarian restaurant which serves good food.. Theare was construction activities going on in the property which was a nuisance during our stay because of noise and dust.

the place is pretty, that is about it. we had two rooms, the kettle did not work in either room. the wifi did not work in either room. the fan in one room was dangerously wobbly. the water went out and was not available for hours in the morning. the food is good, albeit the service is very slow. I would not recommend staying here, if you are traveling with older folks. it is not very comfortable. the staff is polite though and they try to be helpful.

Food quality was poor instead of taking package which includes brkfast + dinner they were charging us for dinner but after reminding they still charged for mint moctail... Facilities - wifi / telephn nothing was working with dirty towels and bedsheets ...kindly check before booking if theya re having any functions or not....Not at all worth a price they have charged... Spa is good and reception team is good too..if they get proper guidance they will surely grow well...

Great ambience but located a little remote. Rooms were very clean and they provided complementary breakfast which is great. Good service. Overall it's definitely worth what we paid. Except for wifi not connecting well, everything else was smooth.

The property and the location is very good, nearby there is a lake where you can go kayak. The services of the resort is slow and had to make multiple calls for basic amenities which was mentioned in the app but not provided before hand at check in. The game zone was good and restaurant is very average.
