Lago Palms Resort

I had one of the worst resort experiences here. The room lacked even basic facilities – no phone, no proper accessories, and a terrible bathroom setup. Despite keeping the doors shut, bugs and flies were everywhere. They advertise several amenities like a swimming pool, rain dance area, and zip line, but none of them were functional. The pool water was dirty and full of bugs, and the rain dance area looked completely unhygienic. The staff was unresponsive, there were no food options, and the approach road to the resort is in pathetic condition. I had booked for one night but checked out the same evening out of sheer frustration. Overall, this resort completely spoiled my birthday plan. I would strongly not recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing or enjoyable stay.

It was a good refreshing place to be there. The room was spacious and good.

nothing was there only room and swimming pool was there no activities was there I have wasted my money on this booking I'm very disappointed by this booking

food is not good, no entertainment for kids other than swimming pool, cafeteria is not clean, rooms are not clean, very old building. no much option on in door game. overall its not a place for family to stay

Very pleasant stay. huge campus and for couples and families it is best for weekend outing. Good privacy.

Worst rooms with worst service. Nobody cares to give any kind of service or help. They denied offering a mosquito all out also. Never visit this place!

Horrible property with terrible service. I would recommend people to never go here. Rooms are in a pathetic condition and when asked no response. We asked for a mosquito coil but they never responded. They don’t allow you to use the pool in night... too many restrictions and horrible service .. they don’t care and avoid all your queries

There are activities and indoor games for 1 day. Fun for group activities as well.

Had a great day at Resort. Good room and activities. We recommend visiting this Resort.
