A Refreshing Escape to Serenity

It was such a refreshing and long-awaited escape from the daily grind, spending time in a peaceful and serene resort. Honestly, all the facilities and amenities totally exceeded my expectations. The planning and design of the resort was just amazing! Being surrounded by lush greenery, with a huge pool and a stunning pool view room, was such a bonus. The staff were incredibly kind and the hospitality was top-notch. The adventure facilities were also fantastic, and I can't wait to plan my next getaway soon!

Service - lack of staff and communication is a big flaw food - quality is okayish type not so good food location - is very good and swimming pool view is best. Other activities also has ample space. Final verdict- improve food quality and have more staff

Suit room and house keeping is good. But whatever they mentioned in amities they are not given like jacuzzi, spa is not there , camp fire is not there, bar is not there and restaurant staff is irresponsible while we are ordering they are not listening.

Resort is good and stay is good but whatever mentioned in booking that facilities are not there one of them is jacuzzi, spa is not there and bar is not open and restaurant people are careless they didn’t answered to us very well

It was a great stay at the resort. The pool was really the largest one with fountains. Love the place it was peaceful neat n new property. Many new games section coming up by the end of this month. Food n drinks were just fabulous. Thanks to the fnb manager mr. Vijay for this hospitality. Really enjoyed my stay with the family. Would love to visit again. Wonderful staycation.

S portico resort hands down the best resort i ever stayed such pleasant place to spend out. Green with while is the attraction. We spend one and half a day here we had great day. Amazing property with a good infrastructure, rooms are clean, hospitality little lacking needs to be improved little apart from that food, rooms, amenities are best. Pool looks awesome and maintained cleanliness all over looking forward in future to visit again.

Terrible Stay

The most horrible service i have ever received from a hotel. Had to call multiple times to get the ac remote which was supposed to be in the room already. Had to again call multiple times to just get the menu to order room service. They delayed every single request of ours. In addition to this, in the middle of the night the power went out multiple times and no one would pick the call at the reception even after calling multiple times. Horrible experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
