Hotel rooms are not upto the mark. Frequent power tripping. A/c underpowered to cool the room. The pool and other facilities are not upto the mark.

familyI have travel with family, the trip was very good, location of resort is excellent, facility also very good, and resort staff are very polite, room was cleaned, cleaned toilet and pool also very clean, but there is no service in restaurants only room service available and food quality is very bad need to improve food quality, and breakfast Require some more verity and time also need to change, breakfast timing is from 9. 30 to 10. 30 which is supposed to 7. 30 onwords

Excellent service. Food was great. Very close to South Bangalore. Nice greenery and good sports. I would recommend this to group of friends to relax and enjoy the nature to it's best! Good indoor games too!

Excellent room, very neat maintenance, peaceful and service minded people as far as I have seen. A wonderful place to spend your outing or stay with family, friends, couples etc. Swimming pool is clean as well. Overall we had a very good experience.

Ambience of the resort is very pleasant. Lots of games are available, both for elders as well as kids. Pool is well maintained. Plenty of space with lots of greeneries to spend the time with your loved ones. Food is excellent and is worth the money. Quite far from the city and located on the outskirts. Service staff is very friendly with good support if any help is needed. Overall, a pleasant stay to relax your mind.

Staff behaviour is not good and very very poor service. Room is not clean and bathroom is so dirty. Food is good and tasty. All activity is there but doing to hidden charges. Location is out of Bangalore more than 30 kilometer very bad experience. I book deluxe room but provides standards and charges like deluxe room.

This hotel is at very good location for Harohalli Industrial Area. The overall resort is very good. Rooms are clean and good. The only thing is that it is little bit costlier and food is okay type i.e. some food is good and some is bad. The ambiance is good.
