⭐ 1/5 – Disappointing Experience at Euphoria Hotel, Bannerghatta Road My recent stay at Euphoria Hotel on Bannerghatta Road was quite disappointing and did not meet the expected standards of comfort or hygiene. The room maintenance was poor — the bed linens and towels were visibly stained and appeared unclean. I also encountered pests, including cockroaches, which made the stay quite unpleasant. The bathroom design offered inadequate privacy, which was concerning. Additionally, the air-conditioning unit was not functioning properly, as the temperature controls were unresponsive. The main door lock was also faulty, causing inconvenience and raising security concerns. Overall, the property requires significant improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest comfort. I sincerely hope the management takes these issues seriously and addresses them promptly, as the current state does not justify the tariff charged or the hotel’s rating.

Euphoria is located on main road and the nearest metro is Jayanagar.. So easy to access.. And the staff is very helpful

I had one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences at Euphoria. I was charged for supposedly “stained sheets,” which I paid without question. However, the hotel failed to show me any written policy or proof for such charges. Instead, the staff made me feel as though I had done something wrong and treated me with disrespect. The receptionist was particularly rude. She refused to share the manager’s name when I asked and spoke in an unprofessional tone, telling me I could “complain to whoever I want.” Is it not normal for guests to unintentionally dirty sheets or rooms during their stay? That should never be used as an excuse to demean customers. To make matters worse, there were no towels provided in the room, which is a basic facility any guest expects. Overall, the way I was treated was humiliating, rude, and completely unacceptable for a hospitality business. I expect a refund and compensation for such a pathetic stay. If the hotel’s agenda is to overcharge and insult paying guests, then they are failing miserably at customer service. I will definitely not recommend Euphoria Hotel to anyone.

We had issues with the washroom and even changed rooms. But we had the same issue in the second room as well, and even cockroaches were there. However the staff was nice.

I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay at Euphoria Bangalore. The hotel lacks basic hospitality standards and I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here. Below are the key issues I faced: 1. Poor Room Maintenance: The room was not clean, and the bathroom doors were not lockable — a basic amenity that was shockingly missing. 2. Terrible Parking Situation: The basement car park was in awful condition. The hotel has no proper parking management. They allowed another guest to block my car, and when I wanted to check out, the staff had no idea who the guest was. I had to wait 90 minutes before the car was finally moved. 3. Lift Access Issues: The hotel has only one lift, which was constantly used by restaurant staff for transporting food and supplies. Guests were left to use the staircase most of the time, which is highly inconvenient. 4. Unprofessional Housekeeping: The housekeeping staff, particularly the boy on duty on the morning of the 27th (from North East India), was extremely rude and lacked basic courtesy. 5. Noise Problems: The rooms are not soundproof. You can clearly hear people walking or talking in the hallway, which made it difficult to sleep or relax. 6. Untrained Reception Staff: The receptionists were unprofessional and constantly made excuses. It felt like they were avoiding guests rather than assisting them. 7. Billing Issues: Despite booking the hotel staff refused to provide an invoice, which is completely unacceptable. Overall, my stay at Euphoria Bangalore was frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or professional hospitality experience
