i paid for the stay and as i entered the hotel it’s so worst not in good terms and not at all hygiene even the rooms are so worst in condition washroom as well no water bottle or towels have been placed and washroom door doesn’t even get locked and no ac i’ve shared the pictures as well so i want a complete refund
