I never suggest family, ladies and couple to stay there

We couldn't check into the hotel. Even though we booked the hotel through make my trip when we reached there the receptionist told the hotel was fully sold out. Then we had to look for another hotel.

Even after paying the full amount in make my trip, reception guy did not provide me room saying the amount i paid in make my trip is lesser so he asked me to pay extra money to get the room. Unnecessary tension for me on that time. Make my trip should not associate with this type of hotels or should educate them about the deals and offers. Terrible experience.

Mm residency told hotel is fully booked you can go and check new hotel. Better could you repay my booking amount

please don't refer oyo. i will talk with manager because oyo manager give that word so i have done double booking that day. i don't have refund also. if you have any doubt please check my booking history.

Good place to stay as a group, good staffs and neat ambience

There is no parking space, the vehicle and your belongings may be parked outside at your own risk. Terrible reception and the rooms are not as clean. Adding to it, there is no security cameras or any protection for your belongings

Booked as ac but got non ac room

The experience is so bad, hotel receptionist made us to wait one hour saying checkin not possible aas they have not received the booking notification. And wen we said we need to extend they directly said no and started gibberish sayings. Hate to stay there
