It was a pleasant stay in Zolo, I visited for official purpose and it’s close to all IT corridors

Good stay if you want accommodation for a day or two. The room was near and clean.

It was a good room under 1200 with a chair-desk, bed, open terrace with restaurant, ceiling fan, and no AC. I travelled alone and the vibe was very good. Language was not a problem here, all the staff know Hindi, English. The location is very near to Eco space, Prestige Tech park so very easy to access them. Just take the Kia bus from and to the airport. Just one thing that this zolo or Z-express Casablanca is actually a PG. But you can book a room for any time period of time. There is a hotel option on the top floor which is expensive but provides AC, fridge, shard kitchen, etc like facility. I visited in winter so I just booked a normal room. If I visit again for my office then I will book the same place again or its branches if available.

rude manager and disappointing experience. The property does not allow early check-in , even if you’re willing to pay for it. When I tried to discuss this, the manager simply said, “I’m an employee; you’ll need to contact the service center directly,” which was unhelpful and unprofessional. Overall, a bad experience. I won’t be booking this property again. lesson learned.

Not a good place to stay room is too small they don’t provide soap have to ask many tines and the pillow is too thin i have requested 6-7 times then they have provided

dirty rooms and dirty walls, bad quality pillow, rest others are okay. need improvement on cleaning

A decent property with a convenient location close to many offices. Unfortunately, it’s managed by an inexperienced team that seems clueless about basic hospitality. Despite having hundreds of rooms, they refuse to provide even a simple luggage-holding facility. No traveler would want to return to a place that expects guests to adjust to the hotel’s timing rather than accommodating them. Such a waste of potential due to poor management.

location is not good as lots of dust and muds around. Food is quite good. service is Average to good. little concern on cleanliness other than that good.

Stay was good and sufficient for a single person. If you are planning for a week meeting in office , then this is good choice.
