Excellent property with top notch facility , the bar is excellent and the pool too..hospitality needs to be improved, front desk was not quick enough, I had the wait to get access to the lift as I had forgotten my access card in the room.

Good location, well laid out rooms but frontline staff is a let down. Inefficient checkin experience, disinterested service. It’s a great property and middle management is keen to ensure you had a good experience however the frontline is letting them down. I would not recommend it. Much better options available nearby.

Location The property's location in Bengaluru was excellent, with easy access to major attractions . The neighborhood was vibrant and bustling, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Amenities The room was modern and well-appointed, with amenities like a fitness center,swimming pool, spa, etc. The hotel's facilities were clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. Services The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent customer service throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and the concierge was helpful with recommendations and arrangements. This was our second stay at ITC Gardenia, Bangalore, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. We stayed for 2 nights and everything—from the service to the food and overall ambiance—was just perfect.
