Need dental healthcare, better soap and shampoo and the wifi keeps breaking in between. Upgrade to smart tv, dish tv time is over.

Very small rooms so can't say much. Very small washrooms. We couldn't even add a bed. Not worth the price.

I found bed bucks in the bed the whole night we were wide awake no sleep nothing I never thought this would happened with us

Room not upto the mark , foul smells in room , Breakfast not upto mark you have two choice either Dosa or Puri . More interesting that you can’t order both two though you have complimentary breakfast

There were no water bottles and getting hot water for shower was also not made possible. Soaps were of average quality and no proper channels for entertainment. All in all a very below average experience. I will never recommend it to anyone.

No amenities in bathroom, no water given infact no jug water was available. Tv was not working. Breakfast had 3 option just.

The hotel location is a good place but the service provided by the Hotel management is not as good as I expected.

Quite painful stay for vegetarians- fishes at main gate welcomes you, chicken and pork around hotel. Rooms are not good as shown. Limited choice of brakfast.

Booked this place for my parents and sister for them to stay as they were going to VFS to get the biometrics taken. Such a disappointment. No standards maintained to call itself a 3 star hotel!! My family got stuck in their elevator and my sister panicked and called me since they were not able to open or reach for any help. I had to call the receptionist from Canada to let my family out of their stuck elevator!! The management knew that it wasn’t working properly but still decided to use it! I’m glad nothing horrible happened to my family due to that broken elevator. Place have very low standards for everything. I can go on and on about that if I start listing each issues.

The hotel room is not clean, the ac is also not working, no hot water provided by the hotel in the morning, breakfast is also not good. Overall experience was poor.

Average roons, didn't want to give the bottle of water too. Ac's are choked and took ages to cool. They don't have any parking too. Have to park on the road

Room is great. Walkable to brigade road. Nearby food options for such property a complementary water bottle at check in is reasonable staff was nice. Wifi password should be available in the room, should not have to ask. For the price, shampoo sachet can be offerered.

Location and food is very good. Room experience was not good, welcome by cocroches. Maintenance is required.
