The location is good but the hotel is in Bangalore ,it should give a positive vibe . The rooms are ok The bedsheet was not cleaned properly. No water was placed in the room these are the basic things which should take care.

Basically it's a heritage hotel so everything is a little old. The rooms are large and spacious but cleanliness is an issue. Toilets are a little shabby. But the location is superb. At this rate it's difficult to find a hotel nearby.

Had issues at check in as I was allotted another room other than what picture I was sent and promised . I was totally disappointed as I was told to take it up with MMT as they were helpless even though I showed them the picture/ message of the room sent to me, as the room I was allotted was given to another guest. . But thankfully the Receptionist incharge called back and allotted me an another room which I was ok with and thanked him for it. Rooms...nice and clean, bathrooms kinda ok room service good, food veg not bad, location good, parking kinna adjustable and ok Bit sad about front office some staff only.I can't blame them. They should be made to smile and make us comfortable which I didn't see at all in this property . At my previous stays at other locations the front office staff went out of the way taking each and every detail into making the stay comfortable for us. For sure the hotel industry rule no 1, if you want your guest to return again. Still am happy they resolved the room issue with ease. I checked out early to make it to my next destination hotel but as promised by front office the previous night there was no one to help in the morning with the luggage or even open the gate for my vehicle to exit the premise. I had to do it my self. Hopefully they take cue n improve accordingly. Wish them the best...

Stayed at Nahar Heritage St. Marks Road Bengaluru with family and Friends from 25th Apr to 27th Apr. We reserved two rooms. One room AC was not working and the other room both AC and Fan was not working. What surprised us was the hotel management was well aware about the non-working condition of Fan and AC. Fantastic location, food was good but highly disappointed with the room conditions and the pathetic dealings of the front desk staffs.

*AC WAS NOT WORKING. *WINDOW WAS DAMAGED SO THAT WAS ALSO NOT GETTING OPENED. *REFRIGERATOR IN ROOM WAS ALSO NOT WORKING. THIS HOTEL DOESN'T DESERVE TO BE CALLED EVEN 3 STAR HOTEL. DECLARE IT A MOTEL. WORST WORST WORST

Property is old but still the maintenance is good. But I felt they need to keep water, tooth brush and paste. Which is available in all the hotels

This hotel truly lives up to its name as a heritage property. The service is commendable, with staff responding promptly to all requests. Its central location ensures excellent connectivity, making it convenient for travelers. However, the hotel's age is evident in its infrastructure. The switches, air conditioning, doors, and washrooms all feel outdated—not in a regal or well-preserved heritage way, but rather in need of maintenance. Even the glassware used for tea and coffee appeared old and not entirely clean. With proper upkeep and renovations, this hotel could offer a much better experience while retaining its heritage charm.

The room was spacious, but the overall experience was disappointing. Basic amenities were not maintained—plug points in the bedroom were outdated, and there was no water supply in the bedrooms. The glass plates were in poor condition. The reception staff lacked responsibility and commitment, making the service subpar. Given the price, the stay was not worth it.

Very un clean hotel. Booked for 2 days and paid for 2 days. But could stay only for one night. Terrible hotel.

The alloted 309 no room. The electric shoket is broken and fix with black tape. Some bathroom fitting not working. I request the manager mr. balraj to change the room. But they commented as we booked they will not provide us the good room. This room selected for the pax who book their hotel through make my trip. This is the actual fact. should not display this type of hotel in their hotel booking site. In house resturant service also terrible. Breakfast is very poor.

Room is not clean enough. There were broken wooden work along the wall. Dental kit was not kept. Room can be a bit more cleaner

The room was stinky no equipment was working properly. Worst experience of my life. Even fan was not working, no lights in the room, only night lamps were installed, shower was not working one has to use bucket only, warm water was available for only 4 hours in the morning, room service was pathetic. They are charging too much for this room. Never opt for nahar heritage.

Stayed for 4 nights on business trip. Location is very nice, hotel amenities are old and need better maintenance. Breakfast is average and repetitive. Sidewalk restaurant offers good north indian food but chinese food is average. Restaurant needs better furniture and prices of rotis need to be realistic. They charge 55 rs for a very small sized fulka

The stay was good but the bed was small, room lights were not cozy enough and hot water was not available at the room premises.

Hotel is ok, I was expecting basic 3 star however it was poor. window did not close so basically you are sleeping with window wide open, fear of rain coming in etc. And somehow it was stinky. I have seen 3 star hotels, while they lack few luxury but basics are right.
