The Grand Magrath Hotel

Unfortunately, I faced several issues during my stay that caused inconvenience: * The AC did not work properly. * The kettle was not functional. * Some plug points had no power supply. * The toilet flush was not working well. * The water heater was not working. * Food was not served as expected. * The in-room telephone was not working, so I couldn’t reach the staff easily. * Wi-Fi password was not shared. * Drinking water was insufficient. I hope you take this feedback constructively and look into these maintenance and service concerns so that future guests have a smoother experience.

Stay was great...only problem we faced is regarding hot water.....had to waste lot of water to get hot water...management please look after it

Very nice and courteous staff. Took very good care. Hotel provided rooms exactly as specified with options. Allowed late check out due to flt delay.

A good stay in the centre of city ideal for shopping, easy access to Metro commercial Street and High Street in Bangalore access to all Centre of attractions at the CBD area. Great all around good stay.

The entry was very bad. Road was dug up and closed. So no cabs were coming and that meant one had to get down far away. The hotel should have warned about the same. Plus internet wasn’t working.

This is was great experience staying there.

The hotel was in the prime area, Next to Garuda Mall. The staff were friendly, room was quite spacious, clean and neat. Good ambience inside the quite good. Room had all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was delicious. They even allowed me 2 hr late check out. overall fantastic experience. They have a huge auditorium where my Technofunda finace meet was scheduled. very happy with my stay. I would love to visit again.

The worst experience on such a long stay. I had a stay of 5 days already booked, and during these 5 days i experienced so many problems like water falling of the roof from the ac in my room, ac not working throughout the night, power fluctuating. On top of that the breakfast spread and the quality of food in breakfast is not upto the mark. They serve cold breakfast and it actually has very little or no taste. Also there are hygiene issues with the food and utensils used. I would never plan a stay here.

Hotel had construction going on in front making it difficult to reach to hotel. This should be mentioned during booking.

Ok, so i booked this hotel as we were having our college reunion at this venue. Room was huge, but the a. C. Was a bit of an issue. Though b'lore boast of nice weather, it was hot and a. C. Didn't bothered to cool. Took forever to get a temperature in room lower. And of-course there was no fan in room. Then there is washroom - amenities, not an issue. The shower area had drain on the wrong side of the slope. So the water accumulated in the shower area and then overflowing in the bathroom and eventually into the room. Then there was this issue with room service. Had couple of friend who arrived a bit earlier to catch up with me. So we ordered a couple of beers and asked for chilled beer. I was very specific that i want chilled beer with chilled glasses. I was very specific that i am not bothered with brand as long as it was chilled. The guy recommended a local indian brand and i okayed. 15 minutes later the guy walks in with beers that i dont even considered cold, forget chilled. So i aksed to replace it and the guy goes - they cannot change it now that the bill has been printed. And i was like, so get me chilled beer -another brnad and change the bill. So after a short argument and couple of phone calls the beers were returned. And then 30 minutes and 2 phone calls later the guy brings cold beers (not chilled) and then we had to get ice bucket and for the first time in my life i had a beer with ice. So thats about it. The breakfast and the food was good - no complaint whatsoever.

Very poor hotel, late service no complimentary things without asking. Not up to the mark. No varieties in food there was no buffet system there as there was less occupancy at the hotel. They don't give you anything that is complimentary without asking

The hotel does not charge extra for child below 11 years whereas you have charged extra approximately 1500. 00 inr. I request you refund extra charged by you. Property location, sevices and amenities were satisfied. They should include vegan items in the food menu

Stayed for one day. Place was clean and morning breakfast was good. Staffs were helpful and supportive

Ac was not working. Room no. 309 was aloted and then moved to room 308. M m trip customer care is tellingvhotel will provide gst bills but hotel is telling it is mm-trips responsibility, unresolved and dissatisfied
