Wonderful Hotel...prome location.... trained & attentive staff...tasty homemade food....economic rates...good aura. Minor recommendations - Breakfast buffet options may be changed on alternate days...night food options may be given and Beds may be slightly upgraded (makes noise & slightly delicate) Rest all was great...No non-sense

Disappointing

Terribly disappointing. When called they offered an early fresh up and luggage storage but denied the fresh up option and allowed to keep the luggage in an open space. No staff service is offered for showing the room or carrying the luggage. Beverage and bathroom amenities are of poor standards with only 1 towel & 1 soap for a room booked for a family of three persons. The only advantage we feel is its proximity to brigade road and church street but this advantage is ruined by the non humanitarian approach of the staff.

The accomodation is good, but hotel house keeping and additional amenities were not good. Hotel should learn from its competitors what they are providing apart from bed and bathroom

Terrible Stay

I was very surprised by the the rude behaviour of a male receptionist at Hotel Monarch. We requested for a queen bed due to family of 4 but even after request they provided twin bed attached which was uncomfortable. So i went to inform at the front desk where they started arguing that now u have checked in tothis room we cannot change it and also they were telling us that we have checked properly before entering the room. I think its their job to make sure that the requested bed should be provided and instead of apologising he was arguing and trying to fight. I was reallly shocked to see that such reputed hotel hired very rude staff and they must look into it seriously. I would not reccomend the hotel to anyone in future.

First of all the Location is really awesome!!! Then, we come to food the options are good, complimentary breakfast was average only. The room is not upto the level...it was really not good , bath room's are smelly.Room service and others just average....

The hospitality part was really bad.I had to wait quite a long time to get their Services done.The breakfast was not upto the mark.I have been traveling here for work and I didn't even receive a iron box from them even after an hour which delayed my attendance at an important meeting today.Same in the case of transferring the language from room.Overall I had a bad experience
