Wonderful location but very average room with outdated interior that could use some sprucing and better linen

I love it, The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The location was perfect — it was close to everything and very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!❤️

Very clean facility, breakfast inclusive (optional) each floor has a helper if we needed. The proximity to multiplex theatre ,Garuda mall ,Nagarjun hotel ( authentic andhra food ) experience the corner house ice cream and the famous brigade road in couple minutes of walk . Manager of the hotel mostly stays at the premise and reachable , had an issue with wifi , got it done immediately after made the front office aware

Room was clean and well maintained but its bit too small however the staff over there are kind ans supportive… breakfast is average as there is no much option… whatever served the taste were 👍 ok..the best thing is location its just a walk away from brigade road n mg road.. It’s was okay okay . Nd in morning time there is no driver at the property. Nd the parking is also very congested need to improve. Nd maintain the hotel too.

Location Good, Pathetic food, TV Remotes not working, AC water dripping inside room. People at reception forget your orders. Breakfast toast served with no butter or Jam. Upma served and no spoon. Breakfast ordered before time, did not sent and when enquired later they told sir now the time is over.

Location, Hygiene, closed Car Parking tough limited and friendly Staff. Pharmacy & ATM on the Ground floor was an added advantage. 2 buildings away on your right you can spot posch Pubs and Microbrewerys and just 3 buildings away on to your left you can spot Normal MRP Bars....over all 2 minutes walk to all attractions in and around MG Road, Brigade Road & Church Street...steal deal was the price per day which was reasonable with all those highlighted advantages.

Bed sheets had blood stains, bathroom had leaking pipes and a bad odour. Location is good but maintenance is poor.

Didn’t maintain neatly I’m not satisfied with stay not worth for money staff was not responding breakfast including but they are waiting almost 2 Hours

Property at a prime and easily accessible location... Breakfast menu could be improved, but quality is good. Good set of amenities. Clean towels, and beds.. Hot water available for those in need (Not some average lukewarm water like in few other properties). Rooms are generally clean and decently sized. Suitable for both short and extended stays. Reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. I had one of the worst experiences during my recent stay here. The first room provided had broken and damaged doors, was extremely congested, and the bed was covered in dust. The bedsheets were shabby, smelly, and unhygienic – making it absolutely impossible to rest. After raising a complaint, I was shifted to another room, but to my shock, it was equally terrible. The bed was again dusty, the sheets looked unwashed, and the room reeked of a suffocating smoky smell. It was stuffy, unhygienic, and deeply uncomfortable. I had to vacate within just a few hours as staying any longer was unbearable. I also informed the staff, but they were completely indifferent and unresponsive – no apology, no concern, absolutely no sense of customer service. A truly pathetic experience overall. I would strongly advise others to avoid booking this property unless you're prepared for a nightmarish stay. Disappointed with both the accommodation and the lack of basic hospitality.
